The Nearmap Web Map Server (WMS) provides the latest imagery at a 2.8" resolution for East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana and was captured in late January-early February 2025. Nearmap's current generation camera system captures data with a ground sample distance (GSD) of 5.8 cm (2.3”) in vertical imagery with a horizontal accuracy of 25.3 cm (10”).Metadata

The Building Class field was added from the 2011 Community Basemap project and the type 'apartment' was added to that domain in 2011. New building outlines were acquired from the 2011-2012 Pictometry flight and replaced the whole layer joining previous attribute information where possible. Building outlines and change analysis were completed again with the Pictometry flight in 2014. Building outlines and change analysis were completed with the Pictometry flight in 2016. The 2025 Nearmap Imagery web map displays the Nearmap imagery as a service in the Basemap Gallery for EBRGIS portal users. The Nearmap Web Map Server (WMS) provides the latest imagery at a 2.8" resolution for East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana and was captured in late January-early February 2025. Nearmap's current generation camera system captures data with a ground sample distance (GSD) of 5.8 cm (2.3”) in vertical imagery with a horizontal accuracy of 25.3 cm (10”).Metadata
