To verify legal descriptions and ownership, PIN Details and maps from the Land Registry Office are also referenced, as needed. The original version of this product, a hybrid property dataset provided by the Region, was created using Ontario Base Mapping hard copy base (likely North American Datum of 1927 (NAD27) UTM 17) and would have been checked for quality using Ortho imagery available at the time. This information has been compiled from numerous sources and standards over the years, so spatial inaccuracies are to be expected.
