The National Institute of Mental Health Data Archive (NDA) makes available human subjects data collected from hundreds of research projects across many scientific domains. Research data repository for data sharing and collaboration among investigators. Used to accelerate scientific discovery through data sharing across all of mental health and other research communities, data harmonization and reporting of research results. Infrastructure created by National Database for Autism Research (NDAR), Research Domain Criteria Database (RDoCdb), National Database for Clinical Trials related to Mental Illness (NDCT), and NIH Pediatric MRI Repository (PedsMRI).

This dataset tracks the updates made on the dataset "NIMH Repository and Genomics Resources (RGR)" as a repository for previous versions of the data and metadata.

The uploaded file includes code to run the analyses present within the paper. However, the source files required to run them are in the NIMH data archive. Users must receive permission from the NIMH data archive in order to be granted access to the data relevant to running these analyses.

This dataset contains data from 8 animals (male Long Evans rats) learning a W-Track alternation task in a single day over 8 behavioral sessions (interleaved with sleep - 17 total epochs). Data includes position information (including velocity), spike times for dorsal CA1 and prefrontal single units, and local field potential.
