This feature service is available through CT ECO, a partnership between UConn CLEAR and CT DEEP. It is also available as a map service and a tiled map service. This dataset is a statewide service of municipal parcels (properties) including their geometry (polygon shape) and attributes (tabular information about each parcel). In order to preserve the attributes, each municipality is added individually to the service.
This data set contains point features of Recreation locations and names
The following links provide a summarized demographic profile for each of the Wards and Superwards in the City of Norfolk. A citywide profile is also provided. City staff used ESRI ArcGIS software to create the demographic estimates. ESRI compiles data from the US Census Bureau and American Community Survey (ACS) to generate estimates based off provided custom geographic areas. The data used to create these visuals is not meant to represent Norfolk's authoritative source for City, Ward, or elections purposes. ESRI and ACS Demographics represent annually updated U.S. demographic data that provides current-year and five-year forecasts for more than two thousand demographic and socioeconomic characteristics. Detailed information on ESRI information can be found at https://doc.arcgis.com/en/esri-demographics/latest/regional-data/updated-demographics.htm
This data set contains the boundary polygon of Lake Erie clipped to an area stretching approximately 60km east to 80km west of Norfolk County. The Norfolk County 2002 air photogarphy was used to update the shoreline along the portion adjacent to Norfolk County.
These data were automated to provide an accurate high-resolution historical shoreline of Norfolk Harbor, Virginia suitable as a geographic information system (GIS) data layer. These data are derived from shoreline maps that were produced by the NOAA National Ocean Service including its predecessor agencies which were based on an office interpretation of imagery and/or field survey. The NGS attribution scheme 'Coastal Cartographic Object Attribute Source Table (C-COAST)' was developed to conform the attribution of various sources of shoreline data into one attribution catalog. C-COAST is not a recognized standard, but was influenced by the International Hydrographic Organization's S-57 Object-Attribute standard so the data would be more accurately translated into S-57. The County Wildlife Polygon GIS layer shows the official County Wildlife Site boundaries, as designated by the County Wildlife Site Steering group (of which NCC is a partner). Planning decisions need to take account of these sites - so planners and highways designers etc. need access to the site boundaries. The dataset is integral to the work carried out in the Environment section of ETD. The attributes within the dataset are currently: The site reference number; the site name; and the hyperlink to the PDF of the official citation. The dataset is updated annually (unless exceptional circumstances), usually in April. This is officially via the Norfolk County Wildlife Site CD each year; the GIS datasets are then published internally for NCC users in Mapinfo .tab format and ESRI shapefiles. The dataset is also available via the NMB browser, including hyperlinks to the PDF citations.
