This page provides guidance on linking open data to a spreadsheet.

This portal is intended to serve as a means to access all available NMED data via secure Application Programming Interface (API).

To access our data, we require that you register with the portal.

You can browse the titles and a short description of our available APIs before registering.

Anyone who registers will be provided access to all of NMED’s public APIs.

Members of the regulated community served by NMED, as well as partner agencies and other official entities, can, during registration, request an elevated account that provides access to certain protected data APIs. Such requests will need to register using an official email account and potentially provide other means of verification before these account requests are approved.

Once registered, you will be able to fully explore and consume our collection of APIs, and access Open API Specification documentation that will help you understand, learn, and leverage those APIs for your purposes.

Search - Conduct a search of the repository of raw public bulk data. It contains research datasets from the Office of the Chief Economist. The files are updated on a regular or ongoing basis. Use this endpoint if you are interested in searching across multiple patents or applications. For example, you want to return all Patent or Trademark products use productTitle and specify the products you are looking for Patent File Wrapper, for example. Product Data - Contains published, publicly available patent and trademark data in bulk form. Use this endpoint when you want data from a specific Bulk Dataset. You can test APIs right away in SwaggerUI. Download - Contains large bulk files of the Bulk Data Directory (BDD) available for download. Use this endpoint when you want to download bulk data sets.

This API is the updated version that implements the Whole of Victorian Government API Design Standards for RESTful APIs developed by the Victorian Government.

Norges Bank’s open data API provides machine access to selected statistics such as interest rates and exchange rates published by the bank. The service is implemented as a REST programming interface where one can formulate queries against the bank’s datasets and extract statistics in a variety of formats. The service can be used freely and requires no authentication.

All of the tabular data sets in Camden's Open Data portal can be accessed via SODA (Socrata Open Data API). This is a basic tutorial on what's needed to access and get data from the API.

BC Parks data is available through the BC Parks API. The data contains information on provincial parks, conservation areas, and ecological reserves. This includes detailed descriptions of protected areas, available activities, amenities, park status, etc. BC Parks API is an open REST and GraphQL API web service providing access to a centralized compilation of current data related to provincial parks in B.C. The data are accessible via the BC Parks API are licensed under the Open Government License - BC. The API itself is licensed under the API Terms of Use (see related links, API Terms of Use). All 311 Service Request from 2010 to Present. Starting in November 2011 the data will be updated on a daily basis.

The Reference Data as a Service (RDaaS) API provides a list of codesets, classifications, and concordances that are used within Statistics Canada. These resources are shared to help harmonize data, enabling better interdepartmental data integration and analysis. This dataset provides an updated version of the StatCan RDaaS API specification, originally part of the Government of Canada’s GC API Store, which permanently closed on September 29th, 2023. The archived version of the original API specification can be accessed via the Wayback Machine . The specification has been updated to the OpenAPI 3.0 (Swagger 3) standard, enabling use of current tools and features for API exploration and integration. Key interactive features of the updated specification include: * Try-It-Out Functionality: Allows a user to interact with API endpoints directly from the documentation in their browser, submitting test requests and viewing live responses. * Interactive Parameter Input: Simplifies experimentation with filters and parameters to explore API behavior. * Schema Visualization: Provides clear representations of request and response structures.

API of NASA facilities.

This API accesses QLD Government's Maps Online automated reporting service for maps and reports. Spatially-referenced information for the nominated location is integrated, summarised, and delivered via the specified email address once processed. There are supporting functions that retrieve the available report and feature types.

The primary request report function has separate GET and POST end points:
