This dataset provides the raw anonymised (quantitative) data from the EDSA demand analysis. This data has been gathered from surveys performed with those who identify as data scientists and manages of data scientists in different sectors across Europe. The coverage of the data includes level of current expertise of the individual or team (data scientist and manager respectively) in eight key areas. The dataset also includes the importance of the eight key areas as capabilities of a data scientist. Further the dataset includes a breakdown of key tools, technologies and training delivery methods required to enhance the skill set of data scientists across Europe. The EDSA dashboard provides an interactive view of this dataset and demonstrates how it is being used within the project. The dataset forms part of the European Data Science Academy (EDSA) project which received funding from the European Unions's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 643937. This three year project ran/runs from February 2015 to January 2018. Important note on privacy: This dataset has been collected and made available in a pseudo anonymous way, as agreed by participants. This means that while each record represents a person, no sensitive identifiable information, such as name, email or affiliation is available (we don't even collect it). Pseudo anonymisation is never full proof, however the projects privacy impact assessment has concluded that the risk resulting from the de-anonymisation of the data is extremely low. It should be noted that data is not included of participants who did not explicitly agree that it could be shared pseudo anonymously (this was due to a change of terms after the survey had started gathering responses, meaning any early responses had come from people who didn't see this clause). The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Health Care Quality, Licensing and Certification (L&C) Program licenses more than 30 types of healthcare facilities. The Electronic Licensing Management System (ELMS) is a California Department of Public Health data system created to manage state licensing-related data. This file lists the services that are associated with California healthcare facilities that are operational and have a current license issued by the CDPH and/or a current U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certification. This file can be linked by FACID to the Healthcare Facility Locations (Detailed) Open Data file for facility-related attributes, including geo-coding. The L&C Open Data facility services file is updated monthly. To link the CDPH facility IDs with those from other Departments, like HCAI, please reference the "Licensed Facility Cross-Walk" Open Data table at https://data.chhs.ca.gov/dataset/licensed-facility-crosswalk. A list of healthcare facilities with addresses can be found at: https://data.chhs.ca.gov/dataset/healthcare-facility-locations. A Certificate of Occupancy (CO) states a building’s legal use and/or type of permitted occupancy. New buildings must have a CO, and existing buildings must have a current or amended CO when there is a change in use, egress or type of occupancy. No one may legally occupy a building until the Department has issued a Certificate of Occupancy or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. The Department issues a final Certificate of Occupancy when the completed work matches the submitted plans for new buildings or major alterations. It issues a Letter of Completion for minor alterations to properties. These documents confirm the work complies with all applicable laws, all paperwork has been completed, all fees owed to the Department have been paid, all relevant violations have been resolved and all necessary approvals have been received from other City Agencies.
This dataset contains all Certificates of Occupancy issued since 7/12/12.
