Arcs representing center of right-of-way and easements throughout Pierce County. Data is gps'd, acquired from orthophotos, or digitized using LIDAR according to "source" field. Additionally, data is acquired from other jurisdictions so currentness may vary between jurisdictions. Address ranges and full street names are included. Duplicate arcs are included on jurisdictional boundaries where they do not share the same street name. A supplemental street name alias table is used to aid in geocoding and for routing processes. Zip Codes (5-digit). The dataset polygons represent location and attributes of zip codes, created as part of the DC Geographic Information System (DC GIS) for the D.C. Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) and participating D.C. government agencies. Zip Codes were identified from public records (US Postal Service) and created selecting arcs from the street centerlines and vector property map.

Global fixed broadband and mobile (cellular) network performance, allocated to zoom level 16 web mercator tiles (approximately 610.8 meters by 610.8 meters at the equator). Data is provided in both Shapefile format as well as Apache Parquet with geometries represented in Well Known Text (WKT) projected in EPSG:4326. Download speed, upload speed, and latency are collected via the Speedtest by Ookla applications for Android and iOS and averaged for each tile. Measurements are filtered to results containing GPS-quality location accuracy.

Address points mark the location of each addressable structure and its access point. The access point is the place where a driveway intersects the road. The building point is where the structure is located. An addressable structure is one where people live, work, or gather. A 1 to 5-digit number designates an address. Purpose: The access point is used to assign an address to the structure. Addresses are also assigned to assist in the provision of emergency services; they can be queried at all Fire and Rescue stations and by E-911 dispatchers. Supplemental Information: Data are stored in the corporate ArcSDE Geodatabase as a feature class. The coordinate system is Virginia State Plane (North), Zone 4501, datum NAD83 HARN.
