This resource shows all Open datasets available on Lincolnshire Open Data. All the Open datasets are listed with some brief key details about them (such as update schedule and licensing).

Open datasets are available using the Search tools on the site. The datasets are also shown in themed Groups (see Groups link at the top of the webpage). Open datasets also have Tags (relevant words) that can be clicked to show datasets with that Tag.

The Open Datasets register shows the latest information at the time of publication, and is updated monthly. For any enquiries please contact the Open Data team at opendata@lincolnshire.gov.uk .

This document provides guidance to State agencies on evaluating datasets with PII, PHI, or other forms of private or confidential data. This guidance includes a sample risk benefit analysis form and process to enable agencies to evaluate datasets for publication and help select appropriate privacy protections for open datasets.

The open datasets include two categories:

bibliographic dataset which includes a subset of data from ORCID registry (orcid.zip + orcid_data.zip) and a PubMed (pubmed.zip + pubmed_data.zip).

clinical trials databases: which consist of three subsets of data from EU Clinical Trials Register (euctr.zip + euctr_data.zip), CT.gov (ctgov.zip + ctgov_data.zip), and the German Trials (drks.zip + drks_data.zip).

N.B: For each dataset, there are two files available: one containing the SQL code required to create the database schema in PostgreSQL and another file with the format name "[dataset_name]_data.zip" that includes SQL insertion of a collection of data.

OpenDataLab is a platform designed to bridge the gap between diverse data sources and the need for unified data processing.

Data sets are available for consumer complaints, workplace complaints and citations, debarred contractors, bid protest decisions, and pending Open Meeting Law complaints.

The financial, people management and results data presented in the GC InfoBase are periodically updated as new information becomes available. Due to the nature of varying datasets, not all datasets are updated at the same time or on the same periodic schedule. For example, the Public Accounts of Canada is published every fall, while Departmental Plans, are published on or before March 31 each year. Once published, the data must be prepared in an appropriate format to be integrated into the GC InfoBase.

Although only Latin American countries appear in the table in the column “Latin American Countries”, it is also important to note that in many cases those are global datasets that are also available for countries in other continents. All Latin America means Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Accuracy: There are no known errors in this dataset.

Inventory open datasets MLPDA, November 2020

The datasets in this archive are three patient-reported outcome measure (PROM) musculoskeletal disorders' registry datasets, derived from the knee, hip and spine pathology registries developed and managed since 2018 at the IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi--Sant'Ambrogio (OGSA) hospital, located in Milan (Italy, EU), one of the major orthopedics research hospitals within the European Union.

The three datasets describe around 15 thousand surgical events, corresponding to more than 13 thousand unique patients whose health and quality of life has been monitored across a period of more than years, starting from the preoperatory stage, through a variety of general and pathology-specific PROM' questionnaires.

Each record in the datasets represent a surgical event, and a single patient can be associated with multiple surgical events: the complete surgical history of a patient can be reconstructed by matching on the uid column. The datasets contain three main different types of data, collected at different times during the patient surgical and rehabilitation journey and through different acquisition modalities:

Clinical and demographical data;

Surgical event data;

PROM data, including both individual PROM questionnaire items as well as calculated PROM scores.

PROM data are collected at pre-operatory time as well as at different follow-ups, namely 3, 6, 12, 24, 60 months after surgery.

The data have been pseudo-anonymized by removing potentially identifying fields, including all text fields (except for the operator name, which has been hashed using SHAKE-128).

The ont-open-data registry provides reference sequencing data from Oxford Nanopore Technologies to support, 1) Exploration of the characteristics of nanopore sequence data. 2) Assessment and reproduction of performance benchmarks 3) Development of tools and methods. The data deposited showcases DNA sequences from a representative subset of sequencing chemistries. The datasets correspond to publicly-available reference samples (e.g. Genome In A Bottle reference cell lines). Raw data are provided with metadata and scripts to describe sample and data provenance.

Published Open Data Sets | Squamish Community DashboardThis measure tracks the number of public open data sets published online for community use as part of the District's Open Data Portal. The Squamish Open Data Portal (data.squamish.ca) provides full GIS data sets including but not limited to physical terrain and imagery, environment, infrastructure, business data, development, recreation, transportation, and emergency management. Open data is commonly defined as data that is free and available for anyone to use and republish as they wish.About this target:Available open data, and corresponding public visitation and usage of that data, progressively increases (Squamish Community Digital Strategy).Analysis:As of year-end 2024, the District's open data portal had 79 published data sets. Since launching the District's Open Data Portal in 2016, the municipality has added 44 data sets to the number initially published (35 data sets). Reason for monitoring:Enhancing access to and utilization of information contributes to open and transparent government, promotes a more connected and engaged community and strengthens decision making and service delivery. These are core goals of the Community Digital Strategy developed and adopted in 2016 to better leverage technology to meet the growing social, economic and environmental needs of citizens, and link digital products and services to wider community and economic development.
