Situs and mailing addresses of Cook County parcels. Used by the Assessor's office to mail assessment notices. As of 2017 mailing addresses in this dataset are no longer being regularly updated. We are trying to figure out a solution to this problem. When working with Parcel Index Numbers (PINs) make sure to zero-pad them to 14 digits. Some datasets may lose leading zeros for PINs when downloaded. Additional notes: Mailing addresses can be out of date or fail to properly reflect deed transfers. Newer properties may be missing a mailing or property address, as they need to be assigned one by the postal service. This dataset contains data for the current tax year, which may not yet be complete or final. Assessed values for any given year are subject to change until review and certification of values by the Cook County Board of Review, though there are a few rare circumstances where values may change for the current or past years after that. Rowcount for a given year is final once the Assessor has certified the assessment roll all townships. Data will be updated monthly. For more information on the sourcing of attached data and the preparation of this dataset, see the Assessor's Standard Operating Procedures for Open Data on GitHub. Read about the Assessor's 2025 Open Data Refresh.
This dataset represents the boundary of each parcel of land in Fulton County recorded for the pupose of aiding in the appraisal of real property and the determination of property tax. A parcel dataset is created each year in association with that year's tax digest. The parcel dataset for any given year is not considered final until the completion of the digest, which generally occurs around mid-year. Until the completion of the digest, the parcel dataset is considered to be a work in progress. Any necessary corrections and omissions may continue to be made even after the completion of the digest. The parcel dataset in its published form incorporates information from the CAMA (computer-aided mass appraisal) database. The CAMA information included with the published dataset is selected based on its value to the typical consumer of the data and includes the parcel identification number, the property address, property owner, owner's mailing address, tax district, assessed and appraised value for land and improvements, the number of livable units, acreage, property class and land use class.Original Source data: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=e581a072dca9442e884d3682bff03484https://gisdata.fultoncountyga.gov/datasets/fulcogis::tax-parcels/explore

This is a collection of layers created by Tian Xie(Intern in DDP) in August, 2018. This collection includes Detroit Parcel Data(Parcel_collector), InfoUSA business data(BIZ_INFOUSA), and building data(Building). The building and business data have been edited by Tian during field research and have attached images.

Update information can be found within the layer’s attributes and in a table on the Utah Parcel Data webpage under LIR Parcels. In Spring of 2016, the Land Information Records work group, an informal committee organized by the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget’s State Planning Coordinator, produced recommendations for expanding the sharing of GIS-based parcel information. Participants in the LIR work group included representatives from county, regional, and state government, including the Utah Association of Counties (County Assessors and County Recorders), Wasatch Front Regional Council, Mountainland and Bear River AOGs, Utah League of Cities and Towns, UDOT, DNR, AGRC, the Division of Emergency Management, Blue Stakes, economic developers, and academic researchers. The LIR work group’s recommendations set the stage for voluntary sharing of additional objective/quantitative parcel GIS data, primarily around tax assessment-related information. Specifically the recommendations document establishes objectives, principles (including the role of local and state government), data content items, expected users, and a general process for data aggregation and publishing. An important realization made by the group was that ‘parcel data’ or ‘parcel record’ products have a different meaning to different users and data stewards. The LIR group focused, specifically, on defining a data sharing recommendation around a tax year parcel GIS data product, aligned with the finalization of the property tax roll by County Assessors on May 22nd of each year. The LIR recommendations do not impact the periodic sharing of basic parcel GIS data (boundary, ID, address) from the County Recorders to AGRC per 63F-1-506 (3.b.vi). Both the tax year parcel and the basic parcel GIS layers are designed for general purpose uses, and are not substitutes for researching and obtaining the most current, legal land records information on file in County records. This document, below, proposes a schedule, guidelines, and process for assembling county parcel and assessment data into an annual, statewide tax parcel GIS layer. gis.utah.gov/data/sgid-cadastre/ It is hoped that this new expanded parcel GIS layer will be put to immediate use supporting the best possible outcomes in public safety, economic development, transportation, planning, and the provision of public services. Another aim of the work group was to improve the usability of the data, through development of content guidelines and consistent metadata documentation, and the efficiency with which the data sharing is distributed.GIS Layer Boundary Geometry:GIS Format Data Files: Ideally, Tax Year Parcel data should be provided in a shapefile (please include the .shp, .shx, .dbf, .prj, and .xml component files) or file geodatabase format. An empty shapefile and file geodatabase schema are available for download at:At the request of a county, AGRC will provide technical assistance to counties to extract, transform, and load parcel and assessment information into the GIS layer format.Geographic Coverage: Tax year parcel polygons should cover the area of each county for which assessment information is created and digital parcels are available. Full coverage may not be available yet for each county. The county may provide parcels that have been adjusted to remove gaps and overlaps for administrative tax purposes or parcels that retain these expected discrepancies that take their source from the legally described boundary or the process of digital conversion. The diversity of topological approaches will be noted in the metadata. One Tax Parcel Record Per Unique Tax Notice: Some counties produce an annual tax year parcel GIS layer with one parcel polygon per tax notice. In some cases, adjacent parcel polygons that compose a single taxed property must be merged into a single polygon. This is the goal for the statewide layer but may not be possible in all counties. AGRC will provide technical support to counties, where needed, to merge GIS parcel boundaries into the best format to match with the annual assessment information.Standard Coordinate System: Parcels will be loaded into Utah’s statewide coordinate system, Universal Transverse Mercator coordinates (NAD83, Zone 12 North). However, boundaries stored in other industry standard coordinate systems will be accepted if they are both defined within the data file(s) and documented in the metadata (see below).Descriptive Attributes:Database Field/Column Definitions: The table below indicates the field names and definitions for attributes requested for each Tax Parcel Polygon record.FIELD NAME FIELD TYPE LENGTH DESCRIPTION EXAMPLE SHAPE (expected) Geometry n/a The boundary of an individual parcel or merged parcels that corresponds with a single county tax notice ex. polygon boundary in UTM NAD83 Zone 12 N or other industry standard coordinates including state plane systemsCOUNTY_NAME Text 20 - County name including spaces ex. This dataset contains statewide CAMA information for the parcels in Connecticut, created by the GIS office in accordance with CGS Sec. 4d-90-92 and 7-100L. It is part of the 2024 data collection effort, which involved gathering CAMA data from all municipalities through the Council of Governments. The parcel layer is provided as a zipped folder containing a File Geodatabase, encompassing information from all 169 towns organized into a seamless parcel layer. The CAMA dataset include details about real property within Connecticut towns, which can be linked to the parcel data using a GIS software. The linking is facilitated through a designated column called ‘link’ that contains unique codes for each town and the designated values provided by the assessors and COGs. While the data was gathered from Connecticut towns and submitted to CT OPM by the COGs, it’s important to note that not all towns adhered to the established schema. As a result, some attribute names, primary and secondary keys, naming conventions, and file formats were inconsistent. Cleaning and reorganization were performed to align the data with the state schema, though some limitations remain. This file was generated on 09/28/2024 from data collected throughout 2024. Additional Note: Some towns were unable to verify which entries were suppressed pursuant to Connecticut General Statute Sec. 1-217. As a result, all related information has been fully suppressed. The owner and co-owner fields have been replaced with "Current Owner" and "Current Co-Owner," respectively, and the mailing address has been updated to reflect the location address.
Geospatial data about Rockford, Illinois Parcel Addresses. Export to CAD, GIS, PDF, CSV and access via API.
Please note: this data is live (updated nightly) to reflect the latest changes in the City's systems of record.Overview of the Data:This dataset is a polygon feature layer with the boundaries of all tax parcels owned by the City of Rochester. This includes all public parks, and municipal buildings, as well as vacant land and structures currently owned by the City. The data includes fields with features about each property including property type, date of sale, land value, dimensions, and more.About City Owned Properties:The City's real estate inventory is managed by the Division of Real Estate in the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development. Properties like municipal buildings and parks are expected to be in long term ownership of the City. Properties such as vacant land and vacant structures are ones the City is actively seeking to reposition for redevelopment to increase the City's tax base and economic activity. The City acquires many of these properties through the tax foreclosure auction process when no private entity bids the minimum bid. Some of these properties stay in the City's ownership for years, while others are quickly sold to development partners. For more information please visit the City's webpage for the Division of Real Estate: https://www.cityofrochester.gov/realestate/Data Dictionary: SBL: The twenty-digit unique identifier assigned to a tax parcel. PRINTKEY: A unique identifier for a tax parcel, typically in the format of “Tax map section – Block – Lot". Street Number: The street number where the tax parcel is located. Street Name: The street name where the tax parcel is located. NAME: The street number and street name for the tax parcel. City: The city where the tax parcel is located. Parcel Address data from Lucas County, Ohio
This asset contains address information for land parcels within The City of Edmonton.
The City of Edmonton has shifted the delivery of legal and title parcel mapping to the provincial government and their designated partners. As of November 1st, 2021, the City will no longer provide datasets with land parcel boundary polygon geometry. Alberta Data Partnerships (ADP) - https://abdatapartnerships.ca/ - and their joint venture partner AltaLIS - https://www.altalis.com - now have the responsibility for making this information available for most of the province, including within the City of Edmonton.

A. SUMMARY Parcels with the nearest CNN segments within 60 feet of the parcel. A parcel is a piece of land or a lot (real property) identified by a unique Assessor Parcel Number (APN) CNN is the Centerline Network Number for the City’s street centerline network. Each segment, basically a city block-length, goes from one intersection to another, and has an address range.
B. HOW THE DATASET IS CREATED For each parcel, we find the street segments within 60 feet (up to 4), and we only select one segment for each street name, so that we don’t capture the next segment over. For example parcel 0515001 is adjacent to Fillmore St and Greenwich St, and thus CNN values for these two segments are captured.
C. UPDATE PROCESS Updates nightly
D. HOW TO USE THIS DATASET
This can be used to find out the adjacent street segments to a corner lot (parcel), particularly, if there are not addresses on one street. For example, the parcel 2347009A has only one address associated with it, 800 Taraval St, but it is next to 18th Ave as well. You could use this database to identify both streets that are adjacent to the parcel.
E. Related Datasets Parcels - Active and Retired List of Streets and Intersections</u
ADPARCEL displays parcel-based addresses, including multiple addresses per parcel when parcels have more than one address. Addresses are derived from address codes, 0,7,8, and 9 in ADR_PIMA, then overlaid with parcels to gather parcel-related attributes.Click here to visit Pima County's Open Data site.PurposeThis layer was developed locate addresses in Pima County, Arizona.Dataset ClassificationLevel 0 - OpenKnown UsesThis layer is not in any known applications.Known Errors Address points from ADR_PIMA do not represent precise locations of buildings and are intended only to represent a general location within a particular parcel.ContactPima CountyUpdate FrequencyAs Needed
This map is for viewing city council districts as well as properties and building footprints owned by the City of Bristol Tennessee.
This parcel layer contains the parcel's situs (physical) address maintained by the Planning Department. The parcel geometry provides a rough representation of tax parcels in relation to one another and to district boundaries. Parcels with multiple site addresses are represented by overlapping polygons.
Tax Duplicate with Parcels Address feature (updated monthly), symbolized
by general Land Use Classification. This feature has been duplicated to have
parcels displayed by Zoning Code (generalized).Cadastre
Parcels are
identified by Assessor number, which is a unique land identifier. CAMA
Parcels: information
from .egdb tabular data joined to CADASTRE dataset's Parcels
geometry. Table created by LCIS expressly for this purpose with CAMA data from
ASMT, LEGDAT, OWNDAT, and PARDAT tables. This feature is updated weekly. Parcels
Addresses include
the taxing district-parcel number, which are the tax identifiers for each
assessor number. An assessor number can have multiple parcel numbers, but
a parcel number may have only one assessor number. The Parcel
Addresses feature is created by joining Cadastre Parcels to internal
database tables which include the following attributes: · Tax
