    Description

This parcels dataset is a spatial representation of tax lots for Union County, New Jersey that have been extracted from the NJ statewide parcels composite by the NJ Office of Information Technology, Office of GIS (NJOGIS). Parcels at county boundaries have been modified to correspond with the NJ county boundaries and the parcels in adjacent counties. Each parcel contains a field named PAMS_PIN based on a concatenation of the county/municipality code, block number, lot number and qualification code. Using the PAMS_PIN, the dataset can be joined to the MOD-IV database table that contains supplementary attribute information regarding lot ownership and characteristics. Due to irregularities in the data development process, duplicate PAMS_PIN values exist in the parcel records. Users should avoid joining MOD-IV database table records to all parcel records with duplicate PAMS_PINs because of uncertainty regarding whether the MOD-IV records will join to the correct parcel records. There are also parcel records with unique PAMS_PIN values for which there are no corresponding records in the MOD-IV database tables. This is mostly due to the way data are organized in the MOD-IV database. The polygons delineated in the dataset do not represent legal boundaries and should not be used to provide a legal determination of land ownership. Parcels are not survey data and should not be used as such. The MOD-IV system provides for uniform preparation, maintenance, presentation and storage of property tax information required by the Constitution of the State of New Jersey, New Jersey Statutes and rules promulgated by the Director of the Division of Taxation. MOD-IV maintains and updates all assessment records and produces all statutorily required tax lists for property tax bills. This list accounts for all parcels of real property as delineated and identified on each municipality's official tax map, as well as taxable values and descriptive data for each parcel. Tax List records were received as raw data from the Taxation Team of NJOIT which collected source information from municipal tax assessors and created the statewide table. This table was subsequently processed for ease of use with NJ tax parcel spatial data and split into an individual table for each county.***NOTE*** For users who incorporate NJOGIS services into web maps and/or web applications, please sign up for the NJ Geospatial Forum discussion listserv for early notification of service changes. This layer represents digitized (scanned) lotting plans of Vermont municipalities, per the Vermont State Archives and Records Administration (VSARA). The table drives the town lotting plans finder application at the parcels page at the Vermont Open Geodata Portal, visible here: https://geodata.vermont.gov/pages/parcels#lotting-plans

Lotting plans divided land among the proprietors of the town who were originally granted the land. The Vermont State Archives and Records Administration may have more plans than those that are currently digitized and in this list.

Data are sourced from VSARA as of June 6, 2025.

    Description

This shapefile contains the zoning district boundaries for the Town of Newfane, Vt., and is to be used in conjunction with other GIS data for mapping. Most of these boundaries coincide with either existing parcel lines or with roads and streams. In this shapefile, the district boundaries were made to coincide with GIS representations of roads and streams where the proposed zoning district boundaries coincide with such features, but not parcel lines. No GIS parcel data for Newfane existed at the time of this shapefile was created, so scans of paper tax maps developed on an unrectified photo base were used. The zoning district boundaries that coincide with parcel boundaries are only approximate. The zoning district boundaries, where they coincide with roads or streams are accurate to the acccuracy of the GIS data representation of those features, but where district boundaries coincide with parcel boundaries, the district boundaries will likely be off by 200 to 500 feet, or more in some areas. As such, these data should be used only in map form to give a general overally impression of the zoning district boundaries for the Town of Newfane, but cannot be used to determine actual zoning district boundaries in any locations other than where these districts coincide with roads or streams. The shapefile Newfane\zoning_prop_taxmap.shp has been created to show the relationship with zoning district boundaries and parcel lines as represented on a series of scanned tax map images. For a more accurate depiction of the Village zoning districts (Newfane, South Newfane, and Williamsville) in relation to the scanned tax map images, see the shapefile Newfane\zoning_prop_village.shp.Data were created in September 2008 but are current to the most recent zoning bylaw amendment of February 19, 2015.

    Description

The shaded circles on this map delineate Vermont’s EAB Infested Area. Each infested area represents a 10-mile radius around a known EAB infestation. While symptoms may not be obvious, it is likely that EAB is present in much of this area.  For each infested area, the relative EAB infestation severity is represented along a color spectrum. A yellow infested area indicates a less severe infestation.  Lower severity infested areas are not yet showing infestation symptoms or decline but EAB has been found. A red infested area indicates a more severe infestation, multiple detections of EAB in a close area, or both. Higher severity infested areas are exhibiting visible infestation symptoms or tree death. The severity of infestation in each infested area will be assessed annually by staff from the Department of Forests, Parks, and Recreation and the map will be adjusted as needed.  EAB is not necessarily present throughout any given infested area, and it can rarely be found at low population densities. Often, by the time the insect is detected, it has already dispersed. Therefore, this map indicates the likelihood of EAB based on where it has actually been observed. Applying Slow the Spread recommendations reduces the risk of spreading EAB and provides time to conduct management activities.  This map will be updated as new locations of EAB are detected in and near Vermont.  The EAB Infested Area Map location is also available on the ANR Atlas. The “EAB Infested Area” layer is under the Forests, Parks, and Recreation tab in the Atlas layers. This mapping function allows you to look at the infested area in conjunction with other layers like parcels or roads, disposal sites, and composting facilities, as well as seeing the details associated with each infestation including the year that EAB was detected, infestation severity, and the last time the site was evaluated.

    Description

This parcels data set is a spatial representation of municipal tax lots for Camden County, New Jersey that have been extracted from the NJ statewide parcels composite by the NJ Office of Information Technology, Office of GIS (NJOGIS). The MOD-IV (Tax Assessor's) table for the county is packaged together with the parcels as one download. Description

This file, along with two others, was created to produce a new, official zoning map series for the Town of Dover, Vermont in 2007. This file represents the Sensitive Wildlife Resource overlay district. The base zoning district and an additional overlay district are in in separate files. The zoning bylaw was adopted in March 2007, and was amended on March 5, 2013. The zoning district boundaries did not change with this amendment, and thus these boundaries remain current. The zoning districts are represented in three files: this file of town-wide zoning districts, and files representing two overlay districts (Transfer of Development zones and Sensitive Wildlife Resource overlay). Boundaries coincide in most cases with existing parcel boundaries, or are lines connecting corners or intersections of these parcel lines. Other district boundaries coincide with other features, such as the 2500-foot contour, while a few others are somewhat arbitrary. Whenever possible, lines from existing GIS data were used to create these zoning district boundaries. In most cases, these data include Dover's parcel data and 20-foot contours generated by Cartographic Technologies, Inc., or previous zoning data from Grass Roots GIS.
