For building strata parcels, there is a record, with PID value, for each parcel within the strata parcel; the geometry for those records is the geometry for the overall strata. This dataset is polygonal and contains all parcel attributes.

This dataset provides the spatial extents of land parcels, including lot boundaries, plan numbers, and PID (Parcel Identifier) values. It is used across departments for land management, taxation, planning, and development review.

Boundaries were edge-matched to the ParcelMap BC cadastre. This spatial layer contains multipart polygons.

Properties are represented as an assessment view where polygons are stacked in cases where there are more than one address/folio for a parcel, for example stratas or multiple residences. Information includes the address, legal description, Zoning, OCP, building bylaw, ALR inclusion, fire department, school district, and BC Assessment information like the valuation, land use, and sale data. Property boundaries for Salmon Arm, Sicamous, Revelstoke, and Golden, are sourced from ParcelMap BC. This dataset does not indicate Zoning, OCP designations, building regulation, or service areas for properties outside of CSRD Electoral Areas. All inquiries about properties in municipalities should be directed to the local government office.

The Metro Vancouver Regional Parks boundary file represents the legal interests for Metro Vancouver Regional Parks, Ecological Conservancy Areas and Regional Park Reserves park classifications. Regional Greenway routes are available under separate feature class.Metro Vancouver has tenure in all the lands contained within these polygons. The majority of the interests are parcel-based, however Right-of-Ways and other corridor interests are also included in these boundaries. To the best of our ability, corridors are represented in their precise legal extents. Undeveloped road allowances are merged into these polygons, while developed roads are excluded and often bisect the parks.
