This dataset includes acceleration and displacement recordings of (1) dynamic forced vibration tests of a 2x2 pile (diameter 0.6m, length 8m) group foundation, (2) dynamic forced vibration tests of a prototype structure (EuroProteas) resting on the 2x2 pile group foundation, and (3) acceleration and displacement recordings for horizontal and vertical static and dynamic loading of a single pile (diameter 0.6m, length 8m). The instrumentation comprised high-resolution accelerometers, seismometers, and laser displacement sensors. The instruments were placed on the soil, in the piles, at the foundation/pile cap, and at the roof slab of the structure. The dynamic tests covered a wide range of frequencies (1 to 10Hz) and amplitudes (0.1kN to 20kN).
All field tests were executed at the Euroseistest / EuroProteas facility. Drawings, instrumentation layout, and photos are also included in the dataset.
