This layer contains parcels data for Oswego County, NY as taken from the current digitized version of the county tax maps. Originally drawn by Stewart Mapping Services, Inc of San Antonio Texas in 1975, but with digital topology corrected by Oswego County's Department of Real Property Tax Services from 1996-present. Contains taxable parcels attributed with assessment data taken from local assessment rolls.Geography is based upon the taxable status date of March 1st, 2025. Assessment attributes are from the latest final assessment roll (2024) except ownership which is updated bi-monthly on Fridays to reflect the most current owners of record. Click here to retrieve a data dictionary for decoding fields.Note: The original tax maps that these files were digitized from only had an accuracy between 10-20 feet on ground. While every effort is made to maintain this geographic data in an accurate format, the lines drawn from this data are fundamentally informational in nature and are not equivalent to survey grade. Geoprocessing has been applied to this specific web layer to allow faster drawing of lines which can further degrade the accuracy of their geometry. Finally, these parcels are used to create county tax maps which have the sole use case of giving assistance for local municipal assessors in the fulfillment of their duties, there is no warranty (expressed or implied) for any other use.

The MCAD Tax Parcel Point View was updated in early 2024 to streamline the data schema and improve data accuracy. Instead of including a centroid for every parcel in the county (~300,000 parcels), the updated point layer now only includes parcels with anomalies that may impact mapping or other GIS products. The following types of anomalies qualify a parcel to be included in this view:Multiple Owners: Parcels with more than three listed owners.Example: Parcel at 2827 Waterbend Cove, Spring, TX, with 6 listed owners.Disconnected or Multi-part Parcels: Parcels that are split into multiple parts (more than one polygon).Example: Parcel 51296, which is split into 3 separate parts.Because the point layer is focused on these special cases, the record count for the Tax Parcel Point View has decreased significantly after the May 2024 update. For a complete view of all parcels, users are encouraged to refer to the MCAD Tax Parcel View dataset, which includes all parcels in Montgomery County.Data Includes:Flagged Parcels: Geographic points representing parcels with anomalies (multiple owners, disconnected parcels, multi-part parcels).Anomaly Types: Data on parcels with specific anomalies such as multiple owners or multiple parts.Data Source:The data is maintained and provided by the Montgomery Central Appraisal District (MCAD).Access:The view is available through Montgomery County’s Open Data Portal and can be accessed for public use.Update Frequency:The data is updated monthly, especially after changes to MCAD’s appraisal processes or data schema.
This coverage contains boundaries of Texas state parks, wildlife management areas (WMAs) and fisheries facilities. The boundaries were collected from Texas Dept. of Transportation county maps,General Land Office data, Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept. (TPWD) Public Lands Stackhouse mylar sheets from the Survey Section, other TPWD Survey Section data, Park or WMA boundaries on U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 quads, TPWD Wildlife Division boundaries drawn on USGS 7.5 quads from Penny Bartnicki (Wildlife Facilities Coordinator). When completem this coverage should include boundaries for all state parks, wildlife management areas and fisheries facilities Polygons were digitized from deed and survey information from the Texas General Land Office and Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept. Properties that lacked x,y coordinates were placed using features on USGS 1:24,000 quads as reference. The quad features were also used to determine closure for tracts that failed to close. If survey or deed information was not available, USGS quads and Texas Dept. of Transportation data were referenced for property boundaries, however priority was given to the quads when possible. If these maps were of no use, headquarters and field staff of TPWD were consulted to help resolve boundaries and/or locations of the properties.
In this submission is the groundwater composite risk segment (CRS) used for play fairway analysis. Also included is a heat flow probability map, and a shaded relief map of the Tularosa Basin, NM. Groundwater composite risk segment (CRS) used in geothermal play fairway models of the Tularosa Basin, New Mexico and Texas. This data set was created from wells which penetrated ground water, springs, and the Lake Otero shoreline. Each dataset was buffered at 2 km and Union overlain. The polygons were then simplified using Dissolve.
