Le Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l'homme (HCDH) a vérifié plus de 30.010 victimes civiles dans le pays : 12.605 tués et 29.178 blessés depuis le début de l'attaque militaire russe contre l'Ukraine en février 2022, jusqu'en janvier 2025.
