Recommendations are made in this report with the view to remedying the situation.

Access is good with unsealed roads into the area from Coober Pedy and the Mt Willoughby roadhouse. In general, the roads are open to convential vehicles throughout the year, except for an occasional day after heavy rain. Rain may fall at any time of the year but is more likely in February and March.
