SplashNote Systems is proposing to develop a more effective and innovative approach to project collaboration in distributed teams. The proposed system uniquely gives a non-technical user the ability to configure and structure ? within minutes ? the information context for team action as well as the functionality of the interaction. A key innovation is an intuitive Design Builder, which allows users to assemble a project page via drag-and-drop commands. Another key innovation is a transformation grammar, which converts semantic-based instructions into machine codes.
The resulting technology is especially well suited to the operational requirements of NASA. A web-based architecture allows distributed teams to collaborate from anywhere with Internet access. The project portal design enables everyone on the team to share the same contextual information, and to take action based on the latest information. Importantly, the ease with which the project interface can be defined allows each project to be quickly customized to the specific interactive demands of that project.
Phase I will focus on developing the design of the system, showing its feasibility, and researching the system's usability for NASA. Phase II will perform the engineering development of the system, and will result in a field-installable prototype ready for trials at NASA.

This repo contains "snapshots" of the information available through the GWOSC Event Portal API, as seen at:
https://gwosc.org/eventapi
Snapshots are made about a day after any updates to the Event Portal database, and the date of each snapshot can be seen in the file name. Each snapshot contains a tarball, with the following structure:
There is one directory for each tracked event list. Currently, snapshots track the GWTC cumulative catalog and "all events" event lists.
Within each directory, there is a file with the name of the event list ("e.g. GWTC.json"). This file contains a list of events. For each event in the list, there is an associated file with the event name ("e.g. GW150914-v3.json"), with more detailed information about that event.
The format of the JSON files is exactly as presented to users of the Event Portal API.
This update captures changes in the location of the parameter estimation posterior files associated with the GWTC-3 catalog. The Event Portal includes direct URLs to download these files, which were updated in the Zenodo API.

The gSTAR Data Management and Collaboration Platform (gDMCP) is a collaboration between Astronomy Australia Limited (AAL) and Swinburne University of Technology. It aims to provide Australian-based astronomers with a mechanism through which they can easily collaborate and share data while protecting their data access rights. It facilitates the process of data publishing and indeed encourages it. The platform provides three modes of data publishing. The first mode is limited data publishing within a science team. In this mode, the system provides small to moderate teams with a private data sharing platform, with the datasets only accessible to team members. The platform offers features such as easy to use programmatical access to the data repository via RESTful APIs, and fast access from gSTAR as the preferred processing platform. To ensure the data quality in preparation for a public data release, the system enforces a standard metadata model on the added data products based on the standard TAPObs metadata model. The second mode is public data publishing, where the data is accessible to the wider astronomy community. Through the requirement that a detailed metadata model exists for each data product, the process of moving data products between the two publishing modes is seamless with minimal effort. This significantly facilitates the process of data publishing. Each team can fully determine when they want their data to be published to the astronomy community. The system also supports using digital object identifiers (DOIs) as a reference for the published data products (or product catalogues). The third mode is the managed data publishing mode. This mode aims mainly to help to publish datasets associated with a publication. In this mode, the gSTAR data management team will assist the dataset owner to prepare and publish their dataset.

One multinational company, for example, used Diligent's advanced board reporting to find important IT vulnerabilities so that proactive mitigation could be made and cybersecurity resilience could be improved. This invention emphasizes how important contemporary governance solutions are for negotiating challenging digital environments.Microsoft has access to a safe, cloud-based platform called Diligent Boards that allows board members to collaborate virtually, share confidential documents, and hold meetings. Organizations such as Microsoft improve their governance practices, guarantee regulatory compliance, and promote efficient communication and collaboration among their globally dispersed board members and executives through the adoption of digital solutions that surpass physical boundaries. The need for Enhanced Security drives the market for the Boart portal
The market for board portals is expanding due in large part to the growing need for stronger security measures. As a result of companies handling enormous volumes of sensitive data at board meetings, it is now critical to guarantee data integrity and confidentiality. Businesses are now more concerned than ever about cybersecurity threats and data breaches, which is why they are investing in safe platforms for collaboration and communication like board portals. For Instance, SolarWinds discovered that they had been hacked in December of 2020. Malware known as SUNBURST was secretly introduced by unknown actors into a software update, potentially giving hackers access to the data of thousands of its clients, including the US military and international government agencies. The goal of compliance laws like the CCPA and GDPR is to shield user data from processing and access by unauthorized parties. In the compliance communities, the CCPA has frequently been referred to as the "GDPR lite" version, and there is a reasonable argument for and against that claim. In conclusion, the need for increased security in the face of growing cyber threats is a major driving force behind the growth of the board portal market. Thus, board portals and other secure communic...
