Complete set of state-level aggregated data on the recipients of Paycheck Protection Program loans

Using data on Black-owned businesses from the LA Times and other sources, we've mapped Black-owned businesses in LA as of September 2020. We've layered PPP data (total # of loans by neighborhood) on to the map as well. The darker green areas correspond to high numbers of PPP loans in the neighborhood.
