In 2022, over 30 percent of online shoppers in the United States planned on purchasing from 50 to 74 percent of their holiday gifts on Amazon. Additionally, 27 percent expected to purchase a quarter to half of their holiday gifts on the e-giant's platform. In comparison, only 3 percent of online shoppers intended to buy none of their holiday gifts on the platform.
