    Description

    Deschutes County, Oregon Landscape Management Combining Zone. The provisions of DCC 18.84 shall apply to all areas within one-fourth mile of roads identified as landscape management corridors in the Comprehensive Plan and the County Zoning Map. The provisions of DCC 18.84 shall also apply to all areas within the boundaries of a State scenic waterway or Federal wild and scenic river corridor and all areas within 660 feet of rivers and streams otherwise identified as landscape management corridors in the comprehensive plan and the County Zoning Map. The distance specified above shall be measured horizontally from the centerline of designated landscape management roadways or from the nearest ordinary high water mark of a designated landscape management river or stream. The limitations in DCC 18.84.020 shall not unduly restrict accepted agricultural practices.

    Deschutes County, Oregon Surface Mining Impact Area Combining Zone. The SMIA zone shall apply to all property located within one half mile of the boundary of a surface mining zone. However, the SMIA zone shall not apply to any property located within an urban growth boundary, city or other county. The extent and location of the SMIA Zone shall be designated at the time the adjacent surface mining zone is designated.

    Description

    Road classification lines created by linear referencing using table information provided by Crook County Community Development. For displaying road center lines in Crook County. Digitized at no greater than 1:2000 scale. Includes all officially named roads in Crook County MSAG (Master Street Address Guide). One exception is County Line Rd, which is officially a Deschutes County road, but is the main emergency access route to property within Crook County. For this reason, County Line Rd has not been given a direction (ie. NE, SE, NW, SW). Crook County GIS.
