Parcels and Land Ownership dataset current as of unknown. This data set consists of digital map files containing parcel-level cadastral information obtained from property descriptions. Cadastral features contained in the data set include real property boundary lines, rights-of-way boundaries, property dimensions.

Property boundaries represent the extent of ownership of an address in line with NSW Valuer General for the purposes of address verification and rating. The spatial layer is derived from land parcel boundaries (cadastre) originally supplied by NSW Spatial Services who remain the source of cadastral information. This layer is derived from the Common Ownership Lots and represents property transactions as they’ve occurred since the implementation of the Vector Property Mapping program in September 2006. A property transaction entails new geometry (split/combination of Lot(s) or property type conversion (from Air Rights, Record, or Tax Lots to Condo lots). The layer contains locations and attributes of archived features (inactive lots – dead lots) and corresponds with Office of Tax and Revenue's Public Extract files (ITSPE). It occurs weekly for the current calendar year and geometry updated when a transaction occurs.

Users can browse the map interactively or search by lot ID or address. Available basemaps include aerial images, topographic contours, roads, town landmarks, conserved lands, and individual property boundaries. Overlays display landuse, zoning, flood, water resources, and soil characteristics in relation to neighborhoods or parcels. Integration with Google Street View offers enhanced views of the 2D map location. Other functionality includes map markup, printing, viewing the property record card, and links to official tax maps where available.NRPC's implementation of MapGeo dates back to 2013, however it is the decades of foundational GIS data development at NRPC and partner agencies that has enabled its success. NRPC refreshes the assessing data yearly; the map data is maintained in an ongoing manner.

MassGIS' standardized assessors’ parcel mapping data set contains property (land lot) boundaries and database information from each community's assessor.The data were developed through a competitive procurement funded by MassGIS. Each community in the Commonwealth was bid on by one or more vendors and the unit of work awarded was a city or town. This dataset is designed to represent and identify the property boundaries in Lexington-Fayette County. The original dataset was created in late 1990's by a third party that converted existing paper maps to digital GIS files. The data has since been updated by georeferencing recorded plats for corrections and new additions. In cases where the plats do not appear accurate, aerial photos are utilized in attempt to properly locate the property lines. The only except for this process are changes to highway right-of-way in which calls are run from deeds. The geometry of this data is not of survey quality and should not be used for survey purposes. The data is intended for general reference purposes only.As part of the basemap data layers, the parcel boundary map layer is an integral part of the Lexington Fayette-Urban County Government Geographic Information System. Basemap data layers are accessed by personnel in most LFUCG divisions for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production. More advanced user applications may focus on thematic mapping, summarization of data by geography, or planning purposes (including defining boundaries, managing assets and facilities, integrating attribute databases with geographic features, spatial analysis, and presentation output).

This data layer is an Esri file geodatabase polygon feature class that contains parcel boundaries maintained by county agencies in Indiana. It was released by the Indiana Geographic Information Office (IGIO) on November 13, 2024. The IGIO compiled the data as part of the Indiana Data Harvest program between the Indiana Geographic Information Council (IGIC) and Indiana local governments to provide the most accurate framework data for the citizens of Indiana. These layers include address points, street centerlines, land parcels, and governmental boundaries.

These boundaries are for planning purposes only and are not survey grade. For the most up-to-date assessing info, please contact the Town's Assessor. The respective Fiscal Year of publication is provided in the parcel pop-up info window. Years may vary from town to town.The parcels from each town on Martha's Vineyard are included in this web map. The map must be zoomed in far enough before the parcels will display on the map. The data are served out from MassGIS. All parcel data comply with the MassGIS Level 3 Parcel Data Standard.Each Town in Dukes County hires their own parcel data consultant to maintain their GIS parcel file. In most cases, this is done once a year. At the time of data compilation, the town Assessor exports a standard info file from their database which gets associated with each digital parcel. The Town's consultant pulls the parcel bounds and assessing info table into a spatial geodatabase which is then forwarded to MassGIS. MassGIS completes a few additional data management tasks and then serves out the data through their ArcGIS OnLine organizational website.The Martha's Vineyard Commission (MVC) then pulls that parcel data feature class into this web map and sets a few things such as visibility zoom extents and how the data display in the pop-up. The MVC does not edit these data in any way.Building Info Note: If there are multiple buildings on a parcel, the building info provided is only for one building on the parcel. Which building (i.e. largest, smallest, newest, oldest) is unknown. For large areas, like Washington State, download as a file geodatabase. Large data sets like this one, for the State of Washington, may exceed the limits for downloading as shape files, excel files, or KML files. For areas less than a county, you may use the map to zoom to your area and download as shape file, excel or KML, if that format is desired.The Boundary layer consists of lines representing the boundaries of Parcels and Legal Descriptions. (See the metadata for those two layers.) Boundary lines are the places that are surveyed in order to delimit the extent of Parcels and Legal Descriptions. The character and accuracy of Boundary locations is held in the attributes of the Points that are at the ends of Boundary lines. All the boundaries of Parcels and Legal Descriptions are covered by a Boundary line. Currently the Boundary layer has little functionality. The only distinction it makes is between upland boundaries and shorelines. These parcel boundaries represent legal descriptions of property ownership, as recorded in various public documents in the local jurisdiction. The boundaries are intended for cartographic use and spatial analysis only, and not for use as legal descriptions or property surveys. Tax parcel boundaries have not been edge-matched across municipal boundaries.

This countywide composite of parcels (cadastral) data for Monmouth County represents digitized property boundaries that were developed from best available local and municipal tax maps data. The normalized parcels data are compatible with the New Jersey Department of Treasury MOD-IV system currently used by tax assessors. Stewardship and maintenance of the data continue under the purview of the Monmouth County GIS Office as well as local municipal tax authorities. Parcel attributes were normalized to a standard structure, specified in the New Jersey GIS Parcel Mapping Standard, to store parcel information and provide a PIN (parcel identification number) field common to the PIN that was to be stored in the PAMS (Property Assessment Management System) database to replace the MOD-IV database. Please note that this parcel dataset is not intended for use as tax maps nor for legal purposes. The dataset is intended to provide reasonable representations of parcel boundaries primarily for planning purposes and cartographic representation. Please note cautions when performing a join with this dataset and MOD-IV property records, specifically regarding duplicate and erroneous records. All records may not be provided for in the parcels data or MOD-IV (Tax List Search) tables because of how the data and tables are constructed, or for temporal mismatches. MOD-IV provides for the uniform preparation, maintenance, presentation and storage of property tax information required by the Constitution of the State of New Jersey, New Jersey Statutes and rules promulgated by the Director of Taxation. MOD-IV maintains and updates all assessment records, and produces all statutorily required tax lists. These lists account for all parcels of real property as delineated and identified on each municipality's official tax map, as well as taxable values and descriptive data for each parcel.

The original target was to collect data for the close of the 2013 fiscal year. As the collection progressed, it became clear that holding to that time standard was not practical. Out of expediency, the date requirement was relaxed, and the currently available dataset was collected for a majority of the counties. Most of these were distributed with minimal metadata.The table “ParcelInfo” includes the data that the data came into our possession, and our best estimate of the last time the parcel dataset was updated by the original source. Data sets listed as “Downloaded from” were downloaded from a publicly accessible web or FTP site from the county. Other data sets were provided directly to us by the county, though many of them may also be available for direct download. Â These data have been reprojected to California Albers NAD84, but have not been checked for topology, or aligned to county boundaries in any way. Tulare County’s dataset arrived with an undefined projection and was identified as being California State Plane NAD83 (US Feet) and was assigned by ICE as that projection prior to reprojection. Kings County’s dataset was delivered as individual shapefiles for each of the 50 assessor’s books maintained at the county. These were merged to a single feature class prior to importing to the database.The attribute tables were standardized and truncated to include only a PARNO (APN). The format of these fields has been left identical to the original dataset. The Data Interoperablity Extension ETL tool used in this process is included in the zip file. Where provided by the original data sources, metadata for the original data has been maintained.
