TwitterThe data comprises all the nationwide parcel shapes, owner information, address, and any columns related to ownership or public/private land designations, added during the term of the license agreement. The attributes available may vary from parcel to parcel. Data are updated monthly and made available in GeoJSON format.

Parcel data are made available as tables for each state and the District of Columbia.
Table names use the abbreviation for each state followed by the month and year of the update.
Individual parcel data files are available in four formats: GeoJSON, Geopackage, Geodatabase and Shapefile. Instructions for accessing data can be found here:

TwitterTO VIEW AND DOWNLOAD THE ACTUAL DATA, CLICK ON ONE OF THE LAYERS BELOWDescriptionIn 2022, the Western Reserve Land Conservancy (WRLC) partnered with the City of Cleveland to survey every property in the city, collecting data and photos on structure condition, signs of vacancy, sidewalk condition, and more. This dataset is a refined version of the original survey results, curated by the City of Cleveland’s Office of Urban Analytics and Building & Housing. Fields were cleaned and standardized for accuracy and readability. The data is available as parcel polygons and parcel centroids.
