This GIS layer contains bathymetric elevation bands (derived from bathymetric contours) of selected freshwater lakes in Washington State. The majority of the bathymetric contours were digitized from maps contained in a series of seven documents: Reconnissance Data on Lakes in Washington, Water-Supply Bulletin 43, Volume 1 through 7 by the United States Geological Survey in cooperation with the Washington State Department of Ecology. The exceptions are 1) Lake Chelan which was digitized in 2016 from the publiclication Morphometry of Lake Chelan (published in January 1987); 2) Lake Sammamish whose digital data was acquired from King County in 2013 and is derived from data collected during the publication of Development of a Three-Dimensional Hydrographic Model of Lake Sammamish (published in November 2008); and 3) Lake Crescent, whose digital bathymetric soundings were taken by a private party during 2013/2014 and provided to the Department of Ecology and were converted to contour lines in 2016.

Wastewater Treatement Division's service boundary, this coverage includes all landmass within the service area. Puget Sound, Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish has been removed from this coverage. Duwamish, ship canal and major rivers are not removed from this coverage. This is a very good coverage for small scale maps, to show the Service Area as a whole.

County Commissioner District redistricting plan created by Robert Schweitzer, Sammamish Data Systems, Inc.
8/30/2021 Commentary provided by Sammamish Data Systems, Inc.:
“The bulk of the changes between the 1st and 3rd was making the border easier to follow and less ‘cutoff’ from one side of the water other the other. The largest changes is the growth of the 1st district into the rural 2nd district south of I-90. Since we had to split Precincts to do this, that allowed the use of simple street lines to make this a lot cleaner.
No changes were done in and around the bulk of the core of the City of Moses Lake except a small area where the city line intruded into the 2nd district near the freeway. This had zero population in it. I want to keep the splits easy to incorporate into updating the next Precinct files.
The population demographics did not fundamentally change for any of the districts except to even population counts.
I feel this proposed plan meets all the statutes of RCW 29a.76.010. Equal in population as practical, contiguous, compact enough, no disfavoring any groups/parties, and protecting Areas of Common Interest.”
