Most of these were distributed with minimal metadata.The table “ParcelInfo” includes the data that the data came into our possession, and our best estimate of the last time the parcel dataset was updated by the original source. Data sets listed as “Downloaded from” were downloaded from a publicly accessible web or FTP site from the county. Other data sets were provided directly to us by the county, though many of them may also be available for direct download. Â These data have been reprojected to California Albers NAD84, but have not been checked for topology, or aligned to county boundaries in any way. Tulare County’s dataset arrived with an undefined projection and was identified as being California State Plane NAD83 (US Feet) and was assigned by ICE as that projection prior to reprojection. Kings County’s dataset was delivered as individual shapefiles for each of the 50 assessor’s books maintained at the county. These were merged to a single feature class prior to importing to the database.The attribute tables were standardized and truncated to include only a PARNO (APN). The format of these fields has been left identical to the original dataset. The Data Interoperablity Extension ETL tool used in this process is included in the zip file. Where provided by the original data sources, metadata for the original data has been maintained. This ownership dataset utilizes a methodology that results in a federal ownership extent that matches the Federal Responsibility Areas (FRA) footprint from CAL FIRE's State Responsibility Areas for Fire Protection (SRA) data. FRA lands are snapped to county parcel data, thus federal ownership areas will also be snapped. Since SRA Fees were first implemented in 2011, CAL FIRE has devoted significant resources to improve the quality of SRA data. This includes comparing SRA data to data from other federal, state, and local agencies, an annual comparison to county assessor roll files, and a formal SRA review process that includes input from CAL FIRE Units. Road names and address ranges are as designated by the official address coordinator for each jurisidcition. Jurisdictional information is created from spatial overlays with other data layers (e.g. Jurisdiction, Census Tract).The layer contains both public and private roads. Not all roads are shown on official, recorded documents. Centerlines may be included for dedicated public roads even if they have not been constructed. Public road names are the official names as maintained by the addressing authority for the jurisdiction in which the road is located. Official road names may not match the common or local name used to identify the road (e.g. State Route 94 is the official name of certain road segments commonly referred to as Campo Road).Private roads are either named or unnamed. Named private roads are as shown on official recorded documents or as directed by the addressing authority for the jurisdiction in which the road is located. Unnamed private roads are included where requested by the local jurisidiction or by SanGIS JPA members (primarily emergency response dispatch agencies). Roads are comprised of road segments that are individually identified by a unique, and persistent, ID (ROADSEGID). The Mapping and Land Records Division of the Bureau of Engineering, Department of Public Works provides the most current geographic information of the public right of way, ownership and land record information. The legal boundaries are determined on the ground by license surveyors in the State of California, and by recorded documents from the Los Angeles County Recorder's office and the City Clerk's office of the City of Los Angeles. Parcel and ownership information are available on NavigateLA, a website hosted by the Bureau of Engineering, Department of Public Works.Associated information about the landbase parcel lines is entered into attributes. Principal attributes include:CV_LAYER: is the principal field that describes the various types of lines like street and freeway right-of-ways, tract, lots, government property and easements lines, private street lines, utility right-of-ways, and ownership lines. The MTDB represents a seamless national file with no overlaps or gaps between parts, however, each TIGER/Line shapefile is designed to stand alone as an independent data set, or they can be combined to cover the entire nation. Face refers to the areal (polygon) topological primitives that make up MTDB. A face is bounded by one or more edges; its boundary includes only the edges that separate it from other faces, not any interior edges contained within the area of the face. The Topological Faces Shapefile contains the attributes of each topological primitive face. Each face has a unique topological face identifier (TFID) value. Each face in the shapefile includes the key geographic area codes for all geographic areas for which the Census Bureau tabulates data for both the 2020 Census and the annual estimates and surveys. The geometries of each of these geographic areas can then be built by dissolving the face geometries on the appropriate key geographic area codes in the Topological Faces Shapefile.

The map shows the density of the total population in 2020 and the total people who are 18+ in the San Bernardino County. This just goes to show that there are a lot of people living in the San Bernardino County who are at 18+ but most part there are more total population in 2020 then people counted to be 18+. A lot of citizens live in the population dense areas like Ontario, Rancho Cucamango, Fontana, and Redlands. On the other hand not a lot of people live in Big Bear City, and West Wood because it is more expensive to live up there than it is to live in an apartment in the bigger cities.To create this layer, the USA Census Tract layer from live atlas was filtered in San Bernardino County then enriched with 2020 data of number of total citizens in 2020 and citizens at the age of 18+.

This data collection includes housing data by census tract for San Diego County in 1970. Sample counts (5%, 15% and 20%) are derived from the Census of Population and Housing, 1970: Summary Tape File 4A: Housing. Housing characteristics include housing value, number of housing units in structure, number of rooms in housing unit, year structure was built, occupancy/vacancy status, tenure, rent, type of heating fuel, source of water, and presence of an air conditioner and other home appliances. Counts are available for the total, Negro, and Spanish American populations. Negros are defined as a racial category by the Census Bureau. In California, Spanish Americans include "Persons of Spanish language or Spanish surname". The California state 4A data file was processed with PERL and SPSS by the Social Science Data Collection (SSDC) staff of the University of California, San Diego from Census Bureau data processed by DUALabs, Inc. and archived at the Odum Institute. PERL script concatenated record type codes and output six data files that match the record types described in the codebook: tables 001-040, tables 041-107, tables 108-119, tables 120-130, tables 131-152 and Spanish American tables 153-200. These si x files were subsequently processed with SPSS to extract tracts for San Diego County and recompute some aggregate housing value data content. Users may browse a list of data variables (tables and cells) included in these six data files. The Census Bureau produced printed reports for 1970 Summary Tape File 4A. ArcGIS Online account required for use.The pop-up is configured to show median age, median age by sex, child age (under 18) population, senior age (over 65) population, the age dependency ratio, and population by 5 year age increments. Blending is used at the Tract level to highlight areas of human settlement. Congressional district is turned off by default and can be enabled in the Layers pane.Esri 2023 Age Dependency Ratio is the estimated ratio of the child population (Age 0-17) and senior population (Age 65+) to the working-age population (Age 18-64) in the geographic area. This ratio is then multiplied by 100. Higher ratios denote that a greater burden is carried by working-age people. Lower ratios mean more people are working who can support the dependent population. The data, sourced from SanGIS, contains parcels as shown on the Assessor Parcel Map (APM). It's important to note that parcels shown in this layer may lag behind the official APM by a number of weeks due to the timing of SanGIS being notified of newly created parcels and the publication schedule of the parcel layer. TwitterThis dataset comprises right of way polygons within the County of San Diego. A right of way is defined as a dedicated right for the public to travel unhindered, to access a route regardless of land ownership or any other legality. Rights-of-way are shown whether they are improved (constructed) or unimproved. Not all dedicated rights-of-way may be shown.SanGIS notes that the original source is an SDG&E dataset that has been updated on a continual basis by SanGIS since. The dataset is as current and complete as the reference data on hand. The data is updated per recorded Subdivision and Parcel maps received, Record of Surveys, Recorded Documents (Road Opening / Road Closure), Assessor Parcel map cuts, and data received from local jurisdictions including State and Federal entitites. The right-of-way dataset is maintained as part of the SanGIS parcel dataset. The right-of-way parcel subtype is excluded from the published parcel layer and is published separately as this right-of-way layer as requested by the City and County of San Diego. Data schema for this layer does not include attributes from the Master Property Record (MPR) that are added to the published Parcel layers. TwitterThe California Surplus Land Act (SLA) established procedures for government entities to sell or lease their surplus land, primarily for affordable housing development. When surplus land becomes available, local governments are required to submit a Notice of Availability to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). This layer contains all the parcels identified under this law in San Diego County, with the original California Surplus Land Notices of Availability List cleaned and joined to the San Diego County Parcel Map. Several parcels in the original list did not immediately match with the parcel map; we were able to verify their matches with help from the San Diego County Assessor's Office.
