R scripts for the data organization, filtering, and analysis of my Doctoral dissertation work focused on the association of Social Determinants of Health and return to sport and long-term outcomes in individuals after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). There are a total of 9 R scripts across 3 manuscripts. The 'filter' scripts are for data management and filtering to create sub-datasets from the master dataset while the analyses scripts (BLR and LGM) are for the statistical analyses related to each sub-dataset.

The data in this set concerns certain books published no later than 1870 and held in the circulating collections of 14 college and university libraries in Virginia and North Carolina. It was collected by University of Virginia student research assistants as part of the project "Book Traces: Civil War Era Readers and Their Books in Virginia Libraries." They surveyed the books on site at the holding libraries, looking for handwritten marginalia and other artefactual traces of the books' historical readers. The data set includes a spreadsheet (in TSV format) of data about the books and representative photos of the marginalia found in them.

The design is for 15 star manipulative. 5 large blue stars, 5 medium green stars, 5 small yellow stars. All stars have holes in the center and can be stacked on one of two base boards. The design is based the book How to Catch a Star by Oliver Jeffers. The book provides the context for the math word problems that will be asked. The manipulative is tactile so students can use objects to think with. This manipulative is targeted to 3 and 4 year olds. It is designed to teach one-to-one correspondence up to 15, patterning, math vocabulary, and addition and subtraction. The goal was to create a manipulative with different colors and sizes that could be used to teach students to count, create patterns, to learn math vocabulary (big, small, compare, different, attribute), and to explore addition and subtraction word problems.

Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is an inflammatory disease diagnosed by ≥15 intraepithelial eosinophils (Eos) in an esophageal biopsy high-power field. This is a Whole Slide Image (WSI) containing eosinophils that we use to train an AI model to automatically detect and count these cellular structures in a given image to reduce the data annotation burden on clinicians and pathologists.
