RDE Reseachers can index, share and manage private research data in the RDE Private Data Enclave. The system also supports public sharing of metadata (descriptive details related to research projects and datasets). Publishing these details is controlled by project owners and dataset admins. The dataset admins may ALSO elect to publish their dataset files in which case they will be assigned a permanent DOI (digital object identifier) and become visible to any public user in a variety of locations: the RDE Public Data Commons, UVA LibraData, and a variety of data search engines that harvest and expose dataverse metadata.

The number and duration of contacts between people in a synthetic population of the United States, stratified by CDC age groups and county of residence for each of the contacts.

This dataset includes 3D data collected by University of Virginia Architectural History class ARH 5600 : 3D Cultural Heritage Informatics in the Fall semester 2020. Four students under the direction of Prof Will Rourk used FARO Focus X130 3D laser scanners to collect 3D point cloud data of the Memorial to Enslaved Laborers and immediate site. The point cloud data was registered and processed with FARO Scene v.2019 by the students and checked for precision by Prof Rourk. ARH 5600 is a collaboration between the Library and the Architectural History department at UVA. FARO Scene LT (v.2019 or greater) will be necessary to work with the raw dataset encapsulated in the FARO Scene project set of files. It can be downloaded for free from FARO. R scripts for the data organization, filtering, and analysis of my Doctoral dissertation work focused on the association of Social Determinants of Health and return to sport and long-term outcomes in individuals after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). There are a total of 9 R scripts across 3 manuscripts. The 'filter' scripts are for data management and filtering to create sub-datasets from the master dataset while the analyses scripts (BLR and LGM) are for the statistical analyses related to each sub-dataset.
