The number and duration of contacts between people in a synthetic population of the United States, stratified by CDC age groups and county of residence for each of the contacts.

The Fraction Orange is a sphere partitioned into two hemispheres; one hemisphere is further partitioned into fourths, eighths, and sixteenths of the whole; the other hemisphere is further partitioned into sixths and eighteenths. The Fraction Orange manipulative is a particularly useful tool for exploring the measurement meaning of division. It’s also useful for teaching fractions through multiple representations, like drawings of partitioned wholes and symbols of the form.

Data was collected in Spring 2021. The attic was 3D laser scanned on 2021-03-09 by Will Rourk and Shaheen Alikhan using (2) FARO Focus 3D X130 laser scanners. The exterior was scanned on 2021-04-07 by Will Rourk using these two scanners plus a FARO Focus 3D S120 laser scanner. Data files can be downloaded at the following location Coming soon. Several datasets were downloaded from Charlottesville’s Open Data portal in July 2023, including parcel details, existing structures, and an address table. These were loaded into ArcGIS Pro and further processed to assess the state of development under Charlottesville's zoning code and provide a baseline for studying the impact of the city’s new zoning ordinance going forward. This project file contains that data (shapefiles and tables) and processing history.
