According to a survey conducted in the Asia-Pacific region among marketing and communication professionals in 2023, about 41.5 percent of the professionals stated that their organization had an actively running social listening program. In contrast, nearly 35.5 percent of the surveyed marketing and communication professionals in the region claimed that their organization did not have a social listening program in place as of 2023.
