Self-reported experience of being harassed or sexually assaulted in the workplace in the past 12 months or prior to the past 12 months among Canadians aged 15 to 64 who worked for pay or were self-employed.

The proportion of postsecondary faculty and researchers who have experienced unfair treatment, discrimination or harassment in the past 12 months by region, role, employment status, STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and BHASE (business, humanities, health, arts, social science, education, legal studies, trades, services, natural resources and conservation) groupings and selected population characteristics.

This statistic shows the share of women in Canada who reported their experience of workplace sexual harassment or non-consensual sexual touching to their employer in 2014 and 2018. The findings show that as of January 2018, ** percent of women who experienced sexual harassment at work reported this to their employer, compared to ** percent of women who did so in 2014.

This data set is no longer compiled by the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
