The Washington State Parcels Project provides a statewide data set of tax parcels and ownership/taxpayer attributes that cover those counties that currently have digital tax parcels. Attribute data has been normalized so that the field names are the same across all counties. The data set contains the tax parcel identification number, the owner/taxpayer name and address information, situs addresses, the Department of Revenue land use codes, improvement and land values, and a link to the county's assessor's website for parcel information (if it exists).
The Florida Department of Revenue’s Property Tax Oversight(PTO) program collects parcel level Geographic Information System (GIS) data files every April from all of Florida’s 67 county property appraisers’ offices. This GIS data was exported from these file submissions in August 2024. The GIS parcel polygon features have been joined with thereal property roll (Name – Address – Legal, or NAL)file. No line work was adjusted between county boundaries.The polygon data set represents the information property appraisers gathered from the legal description on deeds, lot layout of recorded plats, declaration of condominium documents, recorded and unrecorded surveys.Individual parcel data is updated continually by each county property appraiser as needed. The GIS linework and related attributions for the statewide parcel map are updated annually by the Department every August. The original target was to collect data for the close of the 2013 fiscal year. As the collection progressed, it became clear that holding to that time standard was not practical. Out of expediency, the date requirement was relaxed, and the currently available dataset was collected for a majority of the counties. Most of these were distributed with minimal metadata.The table “ParcelInfo” includes the data that the data came into our possession, and our best estimate of the last time the parcel dataset was updated by the original source. Data sets listed as “Downloaded from” were downloaded from a publicly accessible web or FTP site from the county. Other data sets were provided directly to us by the county, though many of them may also be available for direct download. Â These data have been reprojected to California Albers NAD84, but have not been checked for topology, or aligned to county boundaries in any way. Tulare County’s dataset arrived with an undefined projection and was identified as being California State Plane NAD83 (US Feet) and was assigned by ICE as that projection prior to reprojection. Kings County’s dataset was delivered as individual shapefiles for each of the 50 assessor’s books maintained at the county. These were merged to a single feature class prior to importing to the database.The attribute tables were standardized and truncated to include only a PARNO (APN). The format of these fields has been left identical to the original dataset. The Data Interoperablity Extension ETL tool used in this process is included in the zip file. Where provided by the original data sources, metadata for the original data has been maintained. This feature service has two layers: 1) NYS Tax Parcels Public, and 2) NYS Tax Parcels Public Footprint which contains polygons representing counties for which tax parcel polygons are available in the NYS Tax Parcels Public layer. County footprint polygons display when zoomed out beyond 1:37,050-scale. Tax parcel polygons display when zoomed in below 1:37,051-scale. The NYS Tax Parcels Public layer contains 2024 parcel data only for NY State counties which gave NYS ITS Geospatial Services permission to share this data with the public. Work to obtain parcel data from additional counties, as well as permission to share the data, is ongoing. To date, 36 counties have provided Geospatial Services permission to share their parcel data with the public. Parcel data for counties which do not allow Geospatial Services to redistribute their data must be obtained directly from those counties. Geospatial Services' goal is to eventually include parcel data for all counties in New York State. Parcel geometry was incorporated as received from County Real Property Departments. No attempt was made to edge-match parcels along adjacent counties. County attribute values were populated using 2024 Assessment Roll tabular data the NYS ITS Geospatial Services obtained from the NYS Department of Tax and Finance’s Office of Real Property Tax Services (ORPTS). Tabular assessment data was joined to the county provided parcel geometry using the SWIS & SBL or SWIS & PRINT KEY unique identifier for each parcel. Download In State Plane Projection Here ** In addition to the Tax Parcel polygons feature class, the hyperlink download above also contains a parcel point data layer ** Parcel boundaries are developed from deeds, plats of subdivision and other legal documents going back to the mid 1800's, following generally accepted practices used in Public Land Survey System states, and following guidelines established by the Illinois Department of Revenue and the International Association of Assessment Officials. Lake County's parcel coverage is based on resolving the accumulated evidence of all of the legal documents surrounding a particular parcel or subdivision, and not the result of a countywide resurvey. These parcel boundaries are intended to be a visual inventory of property for tax and other administrative purposes; they are not intended to be used in place of an on-site survey or for the precise determination of property corners or PLSS features based on GIS coordinates. In Illinois, only a registered professional land surveyor is authorized to determine boundary locations. Included are the tax parcel boundaries, represented as polygons and centroids, for all changes resulting from legal records submitted to the Recorder of Deeds up to December 31st of the preceding year, as well as any court orders, municipal annexations and other transactions which impact the tax parcel boundaries. NOTE: The ONLY attribute included is the Property Index Number, or PARCEL_NUM. Additional assessment attribute data can be downloaded here This parcel layer is used for tax assessment purposes and for a variety of other local government functions. It changes often, both spatially and in its attribution, based on divisions or consolidations, the sale of property and other transactions. Example: PIN 08-17-304-014 can be interpreted as follows: Township 08, Section 17, Block 304, Parcel 014. Note that the first digit of block, "3" in this example, signifies that the parcel lies in quarter section 3. The quarter sections are labeled from 1 through 4, representing the northwest, northeast, southwest and southeast quarter sections, respectively. This compiled parcel dataset was created using Python code developed by Minnesota state agency GIS professionals, and represents a best effort to map individual county source file attributes into the common attribute schema of the GAC parcel data standard. The attributes from counties are mapped to the most appropriate destination column. In some cases, the county source files included attributes that were not mapped to the GAC standard. Additionally, some county attribute fields were parsed and mapped to multiple GAC standard fields, such as a single line address. Each quarter, MnGeo provides a text file to counties that shows how county fields are mapped to the GAC standard. Additionally, this text file shows the fields that are not mapped to the standard and those that are parsed. If a county shares changes to how their data should be mapped, MnGeo updates the compilation. This is the authoritative public subset of the compiled Minnesota statewide parcel dataset. By authoritative, we mean this is the official source of statewide parcel data compiled from the counties that have opted-in to be included. Counties are the authoritative source and owner of parcel data. Quarterly, MnGeo compiles and standardizes the county data using the Minnesota Geospatial Advisory Council's parcel data standard. In the compilation process, some data content is standardized or otherwise modified (capitalization and address parsing are the most common changes). The full opt-in compiled parcel metadata record can be found on the Minnesota Geospatial Commons.To obtain the most current and authoritative data in its original form, users are referred back to the respective county. Links to each county's downloadable and/or web-viewable data, where known, are available in the accompanying spatial metadata dataset.Known limitations:Data provided by counties are often limited to a subset of fields and may not be the same fields across all counties. The fields provided by a given county may change by quarter.The USECLASS and XUSECLASS fields, while often consistent within a county, are not standardized between counties.The OWN_ADDR_# and TAX_ADDR_# fields are often populated in ways not consistent with the standard. In particular, an address number/street address may not be in Line 1, and city/state/zip cannot be relied on to be in Line 3. Even within a single county, the city/state/zip line may not be in a consistent field.Parcels with addresses on fractional streets (5-1/2th Ave) cause issues for our address parser when parsing is needed for aggregation and may be missing some or all of the address data. Certain other oddly named streets can also cause this behavior.A maximum record count has been set on the mapping service. This limits the number of features that can be returned in a single request. It is set to balance usability and response time.

This data layer contains polygon features representing the approximate size and location of parcels owned by the State of Virginia located within Prince William County, Virginia. It was created to provide basic information regarding property location and boundaries, and is used as a graphical representation of legally recorded deed and plat documents for properties. Parcel ownership and recordation information is not included in this layer but can be purchased seperately from the Office of Real Estate Assessments. Users should be aware that this data does not represent legal property boundary descriptions, nor is it suitable for boundary determination of individual parcels. Any depiction of physical improvements, property lines or boundaries is for general information only and shall not be used for the design modification or construction of improvements to real property or for flood plain determination.
The layer was derived from a variety of source maps including: mylar county parcel maps, plats of surveys, deed descriptions, subdivision maps, and highway right-of-way plats. These source materials were of several different scales and were from dates ranging from the early 1900's to the present.

The Maine Geoparcel Viewer Application allows users to search and view available digital parcel data for Organized Townships and Unorganized Territories in the State of Maine. The Maine GeoLibrary and the Maine Office of GIS do not maintain parcel data for communities, cannot verify parcel ownership, and are not responsible for individual parcel data verification or updating emergency records concerning parcel addresses. If you have questions about a specific parcel, please contact the appropriate Town Office or County Registry of Deeds for the most up-to-date information.Within Maine, real property data is maintained by the government organization responsible for assessing and collecting property tax for a given location. Organized towns and townships maintain authoritative data for their communities and may voluntarily submit these data to the Maine GeoLibrary Parcel Project. Organized Town data should very closely match registry information, except in the case of in-process property conveyance transactions.In Unorganized Territories (defined as those regions of the state without a local government that assesses real property and collects property tax), Maine Revenue Services is the authoritative source for parcel data. The "Maine Parcels Unorganized Territory" layer is the authoritative GIS data layer for the Unorganized Territories. However, it must always be used with auxiliary data obtained from the online resources of Maine Revenue Services to compile up-to-date parcel ownership information.
This map was created in order to display public parcel data at small and large scales. The spatial point data is aggregated by the State of Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology Geospatial Information Systems Team.
For large areas, like Washington State, download as a file geodatabase. Large data sets like this one, for the State of Washington, may exceed the limits for downloading as shape files, excel files, or KML files. For areas less than a county, you may use the map to zoom to your area and download as shape file, excel or KML, if that format is desired.The Boundary layer consists of lines representing the boundaries of Parcels and Legal Descriptions. (See the metadata for those two layers.) Boundary lines are the places that are surveyed in order to delimit the extent of Parcels and Legal Descriptions. The character and accuracy of Boundary locations is held in the attributes of the Points that are at the ends of Boundary lines. All the boundaries of Parcels and Legal Descriptions are covered by a Boundary line. Currently the Boundary layer has little functionality. The only distinction it makes is between upland boundaries and shorelines. In the future Boundary lines will have a richer set of attributes in order to accommodate cartographic needs to distinguish between types of boundaries.WA Boundaries Metadata
This dataset includes all 7 metro counties that have made their parcel data freely available without a license or fees.
This dataset is a compilation of tax parcel polygon and point layers assembled into a common coordinate system from Twin Cities, Minnesota metropolitan area counties. No attempt has been made to edgematch or rubbersheet between counties. A standard set of attribute fields is included for each county. The attributes are the same for the polygon and points layers. Not all attributes are populated for all counties.

The polygon layer contains one record for each real estate/tax parcel polygon within each county's parcel dataset. Some counties have polygons for each individual condominium, and others do not. (See Completeness in Section 2 of the metadata for more information.) The points layer includes the same attribute fields as the polygon dataset. The points are intended to provide information in situations where multiple tax parcels are represented by a single polygon. One primary example of this is the condominium, though some counties stacked polygons for condos. Condominiums, by definition, are legally owned as individual, taxed real estate units. Records for condominiums may not show up in the polygon dataset. The points for the point dataset often will be randomly placed or stacked within the parcel polygon with which they are associated.
The polygon layer is broken into individual county shape files. The points layer is provided as both individual county files and as one file for the entire metro area.
In many places a one-to-one relationship does not exist between these parcel polygons or points and the actual buildings or occupancy units that lie within them. There may be many buildings on one parcel and there may be many occupancy units (e.g. apartments, stores or offices) within each building. Additionally, no information exists within this dataset about residents of parcels. Parcel owner and taxpayer information exists for many, but not all counties.

The dataset has combined the Parcels and Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) data for 2023 into a single dataset. This dataset is designed to make it easier for stakeholders and the GIS community to use and access the information as a geospatial dataset. Included in this dataset are geometries for all 169 municipalities and attribution from the CAMA data for all but one municipality. Pursuant to Section 7-100l of the Connecticut General Statutes, each municipality is required to transmit a digital parcel file and an accompanying assessor’s database file (known as a CAMA report), to its respective regional council of governments (COG) by May 1 annually. These data were gathered from the CT municipalities by the COGs and then submitted to CT OPM. This dataset was created on 12/08/2023 from data collected in 2022-2023. Data was processed using Python scripts and ArcGIS Pro, ensuring standardization and integration of the data.CAMA Notes:The CAMA underwent several steps to standardize and consolidate the information. Python scripts were used to concatenate fields and create a unique identifier for each entry. The resulting dataset contains 1,353,595 entries and information on property assessments and other relevant attributes.CAMA was provided by the towns.Canaan parcels are viewable, but no additional information is available since no CAMA data was submitted.Spatial Data Notes:Data processing involved merging the parcels from different municipalities using ArcGIS Pro and Python. The resulting dataset contains 1,247,506 parcels.No alteration has been made to the spatial geometry of the data.Fields that are associated with CAMA data were provided by towns.The data fields that have information from the CAMA were sourced from the towns’ CAMA data.If no field for the parcels was provided for linking back to the CAMA by the town a new field within the original data was selected if it had a match rate above 50%, that joined back to the CAMA.Linking fields were renamed to "Link".All linking fields had a census town code added to the beginning of the value to create a unique identifier per town.Any field that was not town name, Location, Editor, Edit Date, or a field associated back to the CAMA, was not used in the creation of this Dataset.Only the fields related to town name, location, editor, edit date, and link fields associated with the towns’ CAMA were included in the creation of this dataset. Any other field provided in the original data was deleted or not used.Field names for town (Muni, Municipality) were renamed to "Town Name".

At the request of a county, AGRC will provide technical assistance to counties to extract, transform, and load parcel and assessment information into the GIS layer format.
Geographic Coverage: Tax year parcel polygons should cover the area of each county for which assessment information is created and digital parcels are available. Full coverage may not be available yet for each county. The county may provide parcels that have been adjusted to remove gaps and overlaps for administrative tax purposes or parcels that retain these expected discrepancies that take their source from the legally described boundary or the process of digital conversion. The diversity of topological approaches will be noted in the metadata.
One Tax Parcel Record Per Unique Tax Notice: Some counties produce an annual tax year parcel GIS layer with one parcel polygon per tax notice. In some cases, adjacent parcel polygons that compose a single taxed property must be merged into a single polygon. This is the goal for the statewide layer but may not be possible in all counties. AGRC will provide technical support to counties, where needed, to merge GIS parcel boundaries into the best format to match with the annual assessment information.
Standard Coordinate System: Parcels will be loaded into Utah’s statewide coordinate system, Universal Transverse Mercator coordinates (NAD83, Zone 12 North). However, boundaries stored in other industry standard coordinate systems will be accepted if they are both defined within the data file(s) and documented in the metadata (see below).

The Washington State Parcels Project provides a statewide data set of tax parcels and ownership/taxpayer attributes that cover those counties that currently have digital tax parcels. Attribute data has been normalized so that the field names are the same across all counties. The data set contains the tax parcel identification number, the owner/taxpayer name and address information, situs addresses, the Department of Revenue land use codes, improvement and land values, and a link to the county's assessor's website for parcel information (if it exists).
