    Stoner miners are highly susceptible to infrastructure investment and general changes in construction activity. Relevant infrastructure investment has swelled in recent years, bolstering stone miners' growth throughout most of the period. The Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) provided funding for highways from 2016 to 2021. A booming residential construction market in 2020 and 2021 bolstered revenue as contractors and homeowners took advantage of low interest rates to fund projects. Even so, as interest rates spiked amid inflation, this market took a nosedive. Fortunately, the Infrastructure Investment Jobs Act (IIJA) provided a massive boost towards infrastructure construction which accounts for over two-thirds of revenue. This prevented stone miners from seeing any dips despite economic uncertainty. Overall, revenue inched upward at a CAGR of 4.4% to $28.5 billion through 2025, including a 4.0% uptick in 2025 alone as more contractors needed stone for infrastructure projects. Stone miners' profitability fell as the pandemic caused supply chain disruptions, causing steel and oil prices to skyrocket, making purchasing and operating heavy machinery more expensive. This forced many smaller companies to be vulnerable to acquisition. Consolidation activity swelled as large companies looked to expand their reach and vertically integrate their businesses to reach economies of scale. Even so, profitability didn't take a major hit since unit prices for stone swelled, miners were able to pass these costs onto buyers, offsetting higher purchase costs. Nonetheless, the IIJA bolstered the need for projects, causing new stone miners to open up, offsetting the dip in establishments from acquisitions. Stone miners will continue to enjoy growth through 2030 as interest rates dip, bolstering building construction. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act will ramp up federal funding for transportation, spurring growth for stone miners' primary market. Investment in US passenger rail, highways, bridges, ports and waterways will greatly benefit miners. Revenue is set to expand at a CAGR of 1.3% to $30.4 billion through 2030. Miners will also exhibit bumps in profitability as steel and oil prices dip from post-pandemic highs. This will also encourage new mining companies to enter the industry to help meet the rising need for stone for various infrastructure projects.

Description

The dataset comprises 9416 images categorized into 'Normal' and 'Stone' with 4414 and 5002 images respectively, collected from various scan centers and hospitals while ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information. These images are obtained by using different ultrasound machines namely: SAMSUNG RS85, SAMSUNG HS60, SAMSUNG RS80A, SAMSUNG HS70A etc.
