It was created by the GIS Team in the Division of Information Technology Service at Texas Education Agency and data was based on the Census Bureau with website, https://www.census.gov/geo/maps-data/data/cbf/cbf_blkgrp.html with ESRI ArcGIS Tool (www.arcgis.com).

This map provides functions for individual to look up locations and the Census Block Group numbers by address or Census Block Group Number. The data resource is based on Esri ArcGIS (www.arcgis.com) and Census Block 2010 Data (www.census.gov/). It covers Census Block information which are Population, race, gender, age, and household.

All addresses in Self Response (TEA 1) and Update Leave (TEA 6) enumeration areas were invited to respond by internet, paper, or phone. The table is the tract-level self-response and return rates by mode as well as undeliverable as addressed (UAA) rates for the nation at the start of NRFU (August 10, 2020) and the end of response processing (December 1, 2020).
