The Code Compliance Composite Score is a self-evaluation tool that helps to show the City Council and the residents of Tempe how the Code Compliance Division is performing. This composite score encompasses four (4) key components of understanding how well the Code Compliance Division impacts the City of Tempe: the satisfaction levels of our residents, the satisfaction levels of our businesses, an examination of the actual condition of the City, and the number of properties in violation with our City Codes.
