Overall, additional feature class specifications were changed in conjunction with the land fill opacity change. The new tiling scheme is much more precise than tiling schemes of the legacy basemaps Esri released years ago. We recommend that you start using this new basemap for any new web maps in WGS84 that you plan to author.
