    ArcGIS Survey123 utilizes CSV data in several workflows, including external choice lists, the search() appearance, and pulldata() calculations. When you need to periodically update the CSV content used in a survey, a useful method is to upload the CSV files to your ArcGIS organization and link the CSV items to your survey. Once linked, any updates to the CSV items will automatically pull through to your survey without the need to republish the survey.     This web map features a vector basemap of OpenStreetMap (OSM) data created and hosted by Esri. Esri produced this vector tile basemap in ArcGIS Pro from a live replica of OSM data, hosted by Esri, and rendered using a creative cartographic style emulating a blueprint technical drawing. The vector tiles are updated every few weeks with the latest OSM data.     High-quality GIS land use maps for the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area for 1968 that were developed from paper maps (no GIS version existed previously).The GIS shapefiles were exported using ArcGIS Quick Import Tool from the Data Interoperability Toolbox. The coverage files was imported into a file geodatabase then exported to a .shp file for long-term use without proprietary software. An example output of the final GIS file is include as a pdf, in addition, a scan of the original 1968 map (held in the UMN Borchert Map Library) is included as a pdf. Metadata was extracted as an xml file. Finally, all associated coverage files and original map scans were zipped into one file for download and reuse. Data was uploaded to ArcGIS Online 3/9/2020.     Capacity-constrained is defined by the Stormwater Code, SMC 22.801.040 as a drainage system that the Director of SPU has determined to have inadequate capacity to carry drainage water. There are three distinct areas that compromise what is currently mapped as capacity-constrained, 1) the entire network comprising the informal drainage system consisting of the intermittent ditch and culvert network as these were never engineered, they are inherently capacity constrained. 2) The infrastructure contained in the Densmore Basin which discharges to a King County storm drain which was not designed with capacity to convey runoff from the increased density from additional development. 3) a portion of the public storm drain system on Capitol Hill upstream from the maintenance hole at the intersection of Pike St & Melrose Ave, there is a hydraulic restriction in this maintenance hole which leads to an extremely elevated hydraulic grade line and associated localized surface flooding.     SSURGO PortalThe newest version of SSURGO Portal with Soil Data Viewer is available via the Quick Start Guide. Install Python to C:\Program Files. This is a different version than what ArcGIS Pro uses.If you need data for multiple states, we also offer a prebuilt large database with all SSURGO for the entire United States and all Islands. The prebuilt saves you time but it’s large and takes a while to download.You can also use the prebuilt gNATSGO GeoPackage database in SSURGO Portal – Soil Data Viewer. Read the ReadMe.txt in the folder. More about gNATSGO here. You can also import STATSGO2 data into SSURGO Portal and create a database to use in Soil Data Viewer – Available for download via the Soils Box folder. SSURGO Portal NotesThis 10 minute video covers it all, other than installation of SSURGO Portal and the GIS tool. Installation is typically smooth and easy.There is also a user guide on the SSURGO Portal website that can be very helpful. It has info about using the data in ArcGIS Pro or QGIS. The below information was taken from ancillary documents associated with the original layer from FDOH.Persons Under Investigation/Surveillance (PUI):Essentially, PUIs are any person who has been or is waiting to be tested. This includes: persons who are considered high-risk for COVID-19 due to recent travel, contact with a known case, exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 as determined by a healthcare professional, or some combination thereof. PUI’s also include people who meet laboratory testing criteria based on symptoms and exposure, as well as confirmed cases with positive test results. PUIs include any person who is or was being tested, including those with negative and pending results. All PUIs fit into one of three residency types: 1. Florida residents tested in Florida2. Non-Florida residents tested in Florida3. Florida residents tested outside of Florida Florida Residents Tested Elsewhere: The total number of Florida residents with positive COVID-19 test results who were tested outside of Florida, and were not exposed/infectious in Florida.Non-Florida Residents Tested in Florida: The total number of people with positive COVID-19 test results who were tested, exposed, and/or infectious while in Florida, but are legal residents of another state. Total Cases: The total (sum) number of Persons Under Investigation (PUI) who tested positive for COVID-19 while in Florida, as well as Florida residents who tested positive or were exposed/contagious while outside of Florida, and out-of-state residents who were exposed, contagious and/or tested in Florida.Deaths: The Deaths by Day chart shows the total number of Florida residents with confirmed COVID-19 that died on each calendar day (12:00 AM - 11:59 PM). Caution should be used in interpreting recent trends, as deaths are added as they are reported to the Department.     This web map shows Pollution Load Inventory for Water Quality Modelling in Hong Kong.It is a set of the data made available by Environmental Protection Department under the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the "Government") at https://portal.csdi.gov.hk ("CSDI Portal"). The source data has been processed and converted into Esri File Geodatabase format and then uploaded to Esri’s ArcGIS Online platform for sharing and reference purpose. The objectives are to facilitate our Hong Kong ArcGIS Online users to use the data in a spatial ready format and save their data conversion effort.For details about the data, source format and terms of conditions of usage, please refer to the website of Hong Kong CSDI Portal at https://portal.csdi.gov.hk.

    The Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) Stations dataset was updated on December 31, 2024 from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), with attribute data from the end of calendar year 2024 and is part of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)/Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) National Transportation Atlas Database (NTAD). The data included in this database is provided by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for Weigh-in-Motion (WIM), and can be found via the FHWA Weight Station Map (https://doi.org/10.21949/7e9e-gw75). WIM is a primary technology used for monitoring vehicle weights and axle loads on roadways. Weighing vehicles in motion is done by capturing data as vehicles drive over sensors installed in a roadway or under a bridge. Aggregated summary statistics including annual truck (class 4-14) counts and weights (in tenth of a metric ton) are also included. Summary statistics were derived from WIM data for all sites in the US that are in the FHWA Travel Monitoring Analysis System (TMAS). Traffic loading data is collected for each vehicle that passes over a WIM sensor and includes wheel (single or dual tires) loads, axle loads, and gross vehicle weights (GVW). In addition, WIM sensors collect traffic volume, axle spacings, vehicle classification, and speed data.
