You can easily browse USPTO PTAB public documents, search for specific content, and request a bulk download of PTAB content. The PTAB API synchronizes close to real time with the PTAB E2E (End-to-End) system making the latest public America Invents Action (AIA) Trial information and documents available. PTAB API v2 has text search capabilities for decision documents.

Contains detailed information on 9.2 million publicly viewable patent applications filed with the USPTO through December 2021. The data are sourced from the Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public PAIR) system. There are several data files, each of which coincides with a tab on USPTO's Public PAIR web portal. The data files include information on each application's characteristics, prosecution history, continuation history, claims of foreign priority, patent term adjustment history, publication history, and correspondence address information.

This api refreshes daily and contains publicly available Office Actions starting with 12 series applications.

This curated dataset consists of 269,353 patent documents (published patent applications and granted patents) spanning the 1976 to 2016 period and is intended to help identify promising R&D on the horizon in diagnostics, therapeutics, data analytics, and model biological systems.

It allows users to quickly view information about which references, or prior art, were cited in specific patent application Office Actions, including: bibliographic information of the reference, the claims that the prior art was cited against, and the relevant sections that the examiner relied upon. The API allows for daily refresh and retrieval of enrich citation data from Office Actions mailed from October 1, 2017 to 30 days prior to the current date.
