    This dataset comes from the Annual Community Survey question related to satisfaction with the quality of the city’s online services. Respondents are asked to provide their level of satisfaction related to “Tempe's online services (registration, payment, etc.)” on a scale of 5 to 1, where 5 means "Very Satisfied" and 1 means "Very Dissatisfied" (without "don't know" as an option).The survey is mailed to a random sample of households in the City of Tempe and has a 95% confidence level.This page provides data for the Online Service Satisfaction performance measure.
