    Description

    Attachment regarding request by Vance and Joyce Remick for a variance from the Chatham County Subdivision Regulations, Section 6.4 B (3) to allow a fourth (4th) lot on a 60 foot wide perpetual easement. The easement crosses two 30 foot wide flag lots , therefore, the roadway currently serves five (5) lots . This request is to increase the total number of lots being served by the roadway to six (6) lots. If the variance request is approved the applicant requests to subdivide Lot # 2, of 2.530 acres, located in Baldwin Farms Subdivision, off S. R. 1528, Andrews Store Road, Baldwin Township, to create one additional lot of 40,000 square feet.
