These pictures came from TCIA, or The Cancer Imaging Archive. Their genetic cluster data and fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequences are from 110 patients with lower-grade glioma who are part of the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) collection.
