Users can search and view the majority of documents that are submitted by both implementing partners and USAID staff. While the current DEC is available at http://dec.usaid.gov or the API link listed in the Access URL field below, this dataset contains text extracts of DEC documentation from 1980 to 2013. Created in partnership with the U.S. Global Development Lab, Bureau for Management, and AidData through the Higher Education Solutions Network, this dataset includes all document types housed on the DEC between 1980 and 2013, and can be accessed by compiling the three zip files found in the References section of this page (subfile1, subfile2, subfile3).
