This data set is used for creating maps and map applications, as well as for operational use within the City of Toronto. There are two mapping formats available: MTM3 Degree NAD 27 and WGS84 latitude and longitude.

Today it is often referred to and sometimes still used by city divisions or citizens. This is the final version and has been retired and replaced with the ONE City of Toronto Boundary.
