Two appeals were filed during the appeal period to the Ontario Land Tribunal. On September 28, 2022, the Ontario Land Tribunal issued an oral decision confirming that all of the unappealed portions of Kingston Zoning By-law are now in effect.Portions of the Former Zoning By-laws remain in effect and are identified in By-law 2022-62 as "“Not Subject to this By-law”.
