Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Census Tracts must have 50 percent of households with incomes below 60 percent of the Area Median Gross Income (AMGI) or have a poverty rate of 25 percent or more. This layer contains all Census Tracts in LA County, with QCT marked as "Yes" and tracts that are not QCT as "No."This layer is an export of the 2025 data. Source data is updated annually. Data are at the 2020 census tract geography level.
