The Ontario Parcel is commercially licensed data with restricted usage.The parcels are managed by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (assessment), Teranet Enterprises Inc. (ownership), and the Ontario Government (Crown lands). The Ontario Parcel dataset is a source of assessment, ownership and Crown parcel mapping that can be used for assessment, taxation, land title/registration, as well as land use management and business planning.Ontario Parcel – Supporting Information consists of over 30 layers of polylines and text in CAD format only.This CAD product is only available as a package product by Land Registry Office area.The Ontario Parcel - Supporting Information product includes geometry of the assessment and ownership data, as well as supporting information such as roads, water, underlying surveys, condos, easements and leases, and township fabric.
