This feature layer contains the most current parcels data with real estate data for DuPage County, Illinois. The dataset was created and is maintained by the DuPage County Information Technology Department, GIS Division in conjunction with the DuPage County Clerk for the visual and spatial representation of deeds, road rights-of-way, and subdivision plats. The ParcelsRealEstate feature layer contains the Current Assessment Parcels as well as the Current Real Estate File which is joined to the parcels on a weekly basis.
