    This report examines how much income pensioners get each week and where they get that income from. It looks at how their incomes have changed over time and variations in income between different types of pensioners.

    We’ve also published data tables in open document spreadsheet (ODS) format and a background information and methodology report.

    Data on Stat-Xplore

    UK-level Pensioners’ Incomes (PI) Series data is available from financial year ending (FYE) 1995 to FYE 2020 on the https://stat-xplore.dwp.gov.uk/webapi/jsf/login.xhtml" class="govuk-link">Stat-Xplore online tool. You can use Stat-Xplore to create your own PI analysis. The PI information is available at family (benefit unit) level.
