Term Explanation BRMA An area relating to access to facilities and services containing a variety of residential lettings across which Local Housing Allowances are determined CAT A A dwelling where the tenant has exclusive use of only one bedroom with shared use of other facilities CAT B A dwelling where the tenant has exclusive use of only one bedroom with exclusive use of other facilities CAT C A dwelling where the tenant has the use of only 2 bedrooms CAT D A dwelling where the tenant has the use of only 3 bedrooms CAT E A dwelling where the tenant has the use of only 4 bedrooms

The data uses the following terms:
