Ward boundary information is from OS Boundary-Line™ (normally released in May and October) The A3 base map information is from OS OpenMap - Local (normally released in April and October) The A4 base map information is from OS VectorMap District (normally released in May and November) Only the latest version of the maps are published and older versions are not retained.
