    Land use zone applied to a particular area of land within a land use by-law (LUB) area. The zone value of each polygon corresponds with a zone in the associated land use by-law, which lists permitted or prohibited uses for each zone.Land use zones differ between LUB areas, so each zone must be interpreted within the context of the LUB area in which it is applied.
