TwitterWDFW cartography staff create map content designed to inform map viewers where certain types of recreation opportunities are promoted on WDFW Wildlife Areas. This layer is created from WDFW parcel data using parcel attributes to define where these targeted recreation opportunities exist. There are currently two focused map content areas, one is to support the GoHunt application where hunting opportunities are promoted. The other is used to identify WDFW lands where a Washington Discover Pass is required. The Recreation Access Code, managed in the WDFW_Lands feature class, is used to define which parcels are dissolved into this feature class. Recreation Access Code values that are brought across as a result of a standard definition query are: 1 - Parcels managed within a designated Wildlife Area and not restricted in any way for being displayed on GoHunt or Discover Pass maps; 4 - Parcels designated by the Wildlife Program for exclusion from GoHunt activities; 5 - Parcels designated by the Wildlife Program for exclusion from the Discover Pass. Users of this feature class can use ArcMap definition queries to appropriately display either GoHunt or Discover Pass map content. This feature class displays the finest scale of the Wildlife Area administrative hierarchy that consists of Widlife Area Complexes, Wildlife Areas and Wildlife Area Units. There are several fields in this data that can be used to label maps with the Wildlife Area Unit name.

Main Roads WA Geodetic Control data, used to underpin engineering grade survey, mapping and laser scanning operations. Points contain MGA or Project Zone coordinate values, horizontal and vertical accuracy and methodology, with supporting Latitude and Longitude values in GDA94 or GDA2020 as appropriate. This data is used for road investigation, planning, design, construction and asset management. The geodetic control network underpins the relative accuracy of the survey data, and in conjunction with the project zones, provides surveyors with an important resource to ensure engineering survey standards are met and maintained. The data within this layer is continually maintained and edited on a daily basis.Data Dictionary: https://bit.ly/32uGPoF

Topographic map of Greenland, 1:250 000, 80 V.1 Washington Land. 400 dpi. Coloured maps at 1:250 000 with contour interval 100 m. A set of 53 digital maps covers North and North-East Greenland from lnglefield Land in the west to Scoresby Sund in the east. One additional sheet provides an index map and a legend. The maps show the usual range of physiographic features, viz. coasts, rivers, lakes and ice. They are coloured with a 100 m contour interval over both land and ice, and with selected spot heights in metres. They have been drawn at the Survey from air photographs using Kort & Matrikelstyrelsen (KMS) ground control points and aerotriangulation. Map projection is Universal Transverse Mercator, zone 24. The maps are a sequel to a set of geological sheets at the same scale but with four extra sheets covering lnglefield Land and Humboldt Gletscher.

TwitterThese data provide an accurate high-resolution shoreline compiled from imagery of SEATTLE AND LAKE WASHINGTON SHIP CANAL, WA . This vector shoreline data is based on an office interpretation of imagery that may be suitable as a geographic information system (GIS) data layer. This metadata describes information for both the line and point shapefiles. The NGS attribution scheme 'Coastal Cartographic Object Attribute Source Table (C-COAST)' was developed to conform the attribution of various sources of shoreline data into one attribution catalog. C-COAST is not a recognized standard, but was influenced by the International Hydrographic Organization's S-57 Object-Attribute standard so the data would be more accurately translated into S-57.
