This MrSID Gen 4 file was derived from the 2017 orthogonal imagery produced from nadir images captured by Pictometry International during the Spring of 2017. Automatic aerial triangulation (AAT) was performed. The triangulated frames were rectified to an Oakland County-provided LiDAR derived DEM. Mosaicing was performed using an automatic seaming algorithm and manually edited to eliminate seams through elevated features where possible.
These data provide an accurate high-resolution shoreline compiled from imagery of ERIE CANAL, WATERFORD TO ONEIDA LAKE, NY . This vector shoreline data is based on an office interpretation of imagery that may be suitable as a geographic information system (GIS) data layer. This metadata describes information for both the line and point shapefiles. The NGS attribution scheme 'Coastal Cartographic Object Attribute Source Table (C-COAST)' was developed to conform the attribution of various sources of shoreline data into one attribution catalog. C-COAST is not a recognized standard, but was influenced by the International Hydrographic Organization's S-57 Object-Attribute standard so the data would be more accurately translated into S-57. The identification of these rivers as Salmon, Sea Trout or other types of systems is still valid and has not changed since the 2003 report was published. It should be noted that rivers identified in 2003 as ‘Not considered a significant producer of migratory Salmonids’ or river segments identified as ‘Not utilised by Salmon’ may hold small populations of salmon and/or sea trout which are important in biodiversity terms. Please note that the wetted areas (riverine habitat (m²)) were revised in 2012 (McGinnity et al., 2012). This work built on the 2003 wetted area report (Mc Ginnity et al., 2003).McGinnity, P.,Gargan, P.,Roche, W., Mills, P. & McGarrigle, M. 2003. Quantification of the Freshwater Salmon Habitat Asset in Ireland using data interpreted in a GIS platform. A GIS based quantification of Ireland's freshwater salmon habitat asset to determine the habitat quantity (wetted river and lake surface areas) available to migratory salmonids. The purpose was to inform the further development of salmon stock recruitment models to provide high quality scientific advice to inform the sustainable management of salmon fisheries in Ireland.

****Converted to NAD83(2011) by ProWest & Associates Inc in January of 2019."The year 2035 regional land use plan incorporates the basic principles and concepts of the previously adopted plans. The plan promotes a compact, centralized regional settlement pattern, with urban development recommended to occur within, and along the periphery of, existing urban centers; promotes the location of new urban development in areas which are physically suitable for such development and which may be readily served by basic urban services, including sanitary sewer, water supply, and public transit services; and seeks to preserve the environmentally sensitive lands and the most productive farmlands in the Region. Like the previous plans, the new plan is advisory in nature. Plan implementation will depend largely upon the willingness of county and local governments to use land use controls to shape development patterns in the regional interest. The year 2035 regional land use plan will provide a sound regional development framework needed in support of transportation and other public facility planning at the regional level, and in support of the preparation of comprehensive plans and related plan implementation efforts by county and local units of government in the Region. The European Environment Agency, as lead authority under the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service, co-ordinate the development of high resolution “local component” or “hot spot monitoring” datasets. Comparable data is produced across Europe using earth observation methods developed in partnership with private industry. The Environmental Protection Agency, as members of the European network EIONET, provides data quality assessments and disseminates the data for Ireland.
The Urban Atlas Street Tree Layer aims to capture contiguous rows or patches of trees covering 500 m² or more and with a minimum width of 10 meter over "Artificial surfaces" in the urban areas of Dublin, Galway and Waterford. Additional product information can be found here. It is worth noting that under the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service there are plans for future updates of this data and an expansion to map other areas.

The Waterford Greenway, is a Rail trail in County Waterford, Ireland, used for cycling and hiking. The 46km Waterford Greenway is the longest Greenway in Ireland which runs along the old railway line from Dungarvan to Waterford City.A Greenway is a predominantly traffic free path, designated for use by pedestrians, cyclists and other non-motorised users such as wheelchair users, families with buggies etc.
