1.3 GB ZIP FILE Contains Shapefiles: LiDAR data collection and quality control has been conducted in accordance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) guidelines and specifications for gathering data necessary to create digital elevation models using the guidelines and specifications in place at the beginning of the task order. The survey includes select areas and over and within Waupaca County. Waupaca County LiDAR Survey was performed using government furnished maps outlining specific areas for the purpose of gathering data necessary to create digital elevation models in accordance with the guidelines and specifications directed by owner, and contract Scope of Work. The raw LiDAR data density (posting) will be approximately 3-meters. The total area of the survey is 70,339.72 acres. Elevation values are referenced to NADV88.

Comprehensive planning preferred land use. Data was generated through a grassroots effort facilitated by township level planning commission meetings. Township planning commissions identified how they wanted to see the land used in the future, 2030 be the target date.

The hydrography coverage was created to represent rivers, water bodies and other hydrographic phenomena in Waupaca County. Hydrologic features were derived from the May 1994 flight with a flight height of 10,000 feet

194 MB ZIP FILE, contains a single seamless MrSID image. Digital orthophotos combine the geometric qualities of a map with the image qualities of a photograph. The imagery collected during this flight has a ground resolution of 2 US foot x 2 US Foot at a scale of 1:1700. The image is a mosaic of the entire county and has a geographic extent of 202,239 x 161,121 feet, with a 300-foot buffer around the County and is available in MrSID format. Individual township MrSID images are also available.
