    In 2020 the world was presently burdened with the COVID-19 pandemic. World Health Organization confirms 34,874,744 cases with 1,097,497 deaths (case fatality rate (CFR) 3.1%) were reported in 216 countries. In Indonesia, the number of people who have been infected and the number who have died are approximately 287,008 and 10,740 (CFR 3.7%), respectively, with the most predominant regions being Jakarta (73,700), East Java (43,536) and Central Java (22,440). Many factors can increase the transmission of COVID-19. One of them is wind speed. This data set contains covid-19 data in DKI Jakarta from June 2020 until August 2022 and wind speed in daily power point form. This data can be analyzed to see the correlation between wind speed and the COVID-19 cases., The records of COVID-19 were obtained from the special website of coronavirus for the Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta at the Provincial Health Office (https://corona.jakarta.go.id/en/data-pemantauan). The COVID-19 data (n = 4,740) covered six administrative city areas and 261 sub-districts in DKI Jakarta as research locations, namely Kepulauan Seribu, West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, and Nort Jakarta. The wind speed data was taken from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency's data website. The wind speed data collected for the period June 2020 to August 2022 (n = 790) was obtained from the POWER LaRC Data Access Viewer, Jakarta. The wind speed data in .csv format is downloaded by specifying the type of daily data unit, data period (time extent), and parameter (in this case wind/pressure).     This data set contains page 1 and page 2 Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) one minute data. The page 1 data are in data set DSI 6405 and page 2 data are in data set DSI 6406. All files are named by 4 letter station name, 4 digit year and 2 digit month. This data set includes data from the entire ASOS network including those in the 50 U.S. states and a few international locations at military bases. Data is in 4 tar files. Two are for December 2013 and two for January 2014. Each month is split into Page One (6405) and Page Two (6406). See the documentation files below for a description of the Parameters contained in each of the two Pages. Note tar file sizes which will appear when ordering. This data set was supplied by NOAA/NCDC.     Several nations are currently experiencing a significant increase in coronavirus (COVID-19), including Indonesia. A total of 34,874,744 confirmed cases with 1,097,497 deaths (case fatality rate (CFR) 3.1%) were reported in 216 countries based on data from World Health Organization. COVID-19 remains public health problem around the world. It is possible the climate could affect the transmission of COVID-19. The wind is one of the climate factors besides temperature, humidity, and rainfall. Wind speed data can be used to study the spread of COVID-19 cases., The wind speed data was taken from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency's data website (https://dataonline.bmkg. go.id/home). The wind speed (maximum and mean) in Jakarta from the pandemic inception, specifically between March and September 2020. These records were obtained from the website of the Jakarta Provincial Health Office and the website of the Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency. Subsequently, the general information was converted into 31-week documentation. Furthermore, a basic map of Jakarta with neighboring community boundaries was obtained using the GADM Map and Data site. Most of these automated weather stations are located in Argentina and its neighboring countries.
